I use this FedEx office location frequently for scanning and printing (postcards, posters, etc). The staff is so kind and very helpful. I have had a good experience every time. My one note if you're scanning is that the scanners can only do about 10 pages at a time if you're scanning and sending to an email address. So it can take a little bit if you have a big print project. read more

I stopped by to drop off some work equipment. I didn't have return labels, but I was given a QR code for them to scan. The store is located within a busy shopping center. There's plenty of parking available. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by a super nice guy. He was funny and worked very quickly to process my return. The store was clean and organized. There is a computer you can use for a fee as well as copying services. I highly recommend this location for shipping and copying needs. read more

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a FedEx team member (Parker) at 6115 Capital Blvd., Raleigh NC location who completely redefined what customer service should be. From the start, his attentiveness and calm, professional demeanor made me feel like I was his most important customer of the day! He was incredibly knowledgeable and figured out why my package was still showing in their system, although I had it in my possession. His patience and thoughtful explanations were next-level. He broke everything down so clearly. By the end of my visit, I was so impressed with his energy, problem-solving skills, and all-around Rockstar vibe that I thought, "I want to work at FedEx!" Then reality hit--I already have a job. But honestly, if I were building a dream team, (Parker) would be my first pick. Had a nice experience until I was literally refused service. They have a print and go service. Sometimes it freezes after a certain amount of prints. I asked for service at the counter and described the issue and was still referred to the same process. Need better assistance and employees. The only person that has AMAZING customer service is the fellow with long hair. As soon as I am presented with the freeze he just takes me to counter and I'm out the door. Had a few items that were fragile and would not fit in USPS Priority Mail packaging. Went in about 7 pm and was promptly greeted. Employee asked a couple of questions about the items I was shipping and quickly got to wrapping the fragile items in bubble wrap. Had everything wrapped and packaged in a few minutes. The employee also did a good job of going over the delivery options and letting me know how I can track the shipment's progress. I like that the business is open late (at least during the holiday season). It's a great advantage to those that need hours outside of 9 to 5 to not only for shipping but for printing and other office work. read more

I was so impressed with the professionalism by both individuals in this store. Parker helped me and was very patient with me since I did not come as prepared as I normally would be. He helped me every step of the way and was also able to tend to other customers as well. All the customers came in, were quickly serviced and back out the door in no time. Waltzed in here this afternoon with the hubs to mail our final adoption paperwork packet. We were on a high since we'd just completed over 120 pages of paperwork - and were super excited to get this thing into the mail, even on a Sunday. The associate behind the counter was not so happy to be there and I don't know if she was just overworked or underwhelmed with her job, but she was trying to put a damper on our mood. Try as she might, I was not going to let her get us down. I went to the counter and asked her for her help and she slap happily assisted and got the job done, and I think she felt badly about her tone once another customer came in and she started interacting with her in the same tone, and she tried to be a little nicer - but she never smiled and was just not so fun to work with. She asked us how soon we wanted to get the package to its destination, and I like to have some options before I commit - but I had to pry what was on the computer monitor in front of her out of her before I could get a list of the time frames and pricing information. Ugh! Then when I stated that I would like to have some sort of "insurance" on the documents she sighed and gave me a sort of "look" like I was nuts. After I explained the documents had information such as our SSNs, and maybe the word "insurance" was not what I was seeking I finally decided I needed someone to sign for it. She thought I was nuts, but finally gave me what I asked for, after I told her I was sorry I called what I was seeking by the wrong name. The store is clean and has a good selection of printing and mailing services, along with a Sony photo machine (which I have used other places and am in love with). However, if you want to take advantage of these services, just hope you don't get grumpy at your service. read more

Seriously, does ANYONE WORK AT THIS FEDEX LOCATION?! There are five people, but no one is asking if I need help nor do they give a rats ass if I am even there. (Excuse my language! I am LITERALLY in the store using their wi-fi to write this review and it's really that bad!!) The ONLY reason why I came to Fedex Office is because I went to the one in Texas, and it was SO amazingly nice, that I thought I'd try this one on Capital again after a prior not so great experience. 1. Their prices are OUTRAGEOUS, but I go to them to get stuff "professionally" done. WHAT A FREAKING JOKE?! I paid for 80 of my program to be cut and a lot of them were off. It was too late to go back and have them re-do them. It was just SUCH a freaking pain. 2. Their customer service is DECENT AT BEST! When you know someone needs help, why do the rest of them just stand there and look at you or talk to each other. Their, "I don't care about your stuff" attitude really gets on my nerves. It's just not up to par. You work in a service industry. Am I really asking too much?! I wrote this whole review while the workers talk amongst themselves and ignored me. read more

I wish I had reviewed this site prior to visiting this store. I had to scan 9 sheets of info. After talking with the clerk, she informed me that its 45cent per minute on the scanner. Sounds like a great deal right.........wrong! After logging on, inserting my CC for access, the timer started but guess what!? The scanner had to warm up...hmmmmmm 45secs later it was ready to scan. So I place my 1st sheet down, pressed scan it took 15secs (really?). Yep it did, strange I thought. So I placed the next sheet on the scanner, guess what............the scanner had to warm up again!!! Really WTF I thought! then after 45sec it was ready to scan which took 15sec! it continued for the next 7 sheets! What a ripe off, I talked with the clerk an she looked at me with dumb look of I don't know any thing about it! So after scanning my work, I asked to speak with the manager and ask for a comment card. No manager on site, he/she was at lunch not sure on return time........comment cards were misplaced! Hmmmm I grabbed my phone and pointed out that I could easily look up the number to corp. Guess what? Comment cards were located and the manager appeared!! Pls pls stay away from this store, the customer service is very bad. No support and its all about the profit!! read more

The manager Josh misdirected me, purposefully using different words and then pretending he didn't know what I was talking about when I sent the same words back to him. He sent me to the post office for a label that the post office knew nothing about. His manner is snide. I had problems with this same man at a different store a year ago when he gave me bad information about passport pictures. When I went to the passport office they said they couldn't use the fed ex pics and that it was a common experience. They corrected the information Josh gave me. Both encounters with Josh sent me away from Fed Ex frustrated and misinformed. The women at this location have always been over-the-top helpful, kind and courteous. This place has a lot of space but can built a line of customers quickly. Staff go beyond helpful but it'd be nice to speed things up with more staff maybe. I usually stop by to stop off fedex return packages. read more

When I arrived, there were no other customers in the store. Two young gentlemen were working behind the counter. They had me wait at the counter for 10 mins before I was helped and this is probably only because other customers started coming in. And the kicker is that I waited only for them to tell me that they couldn't fulfill my photo request. They sent me to another Fedex store - after this experience they really thought I would go to another Fedex store??? I went to Staples for my print job instead and got it for quicker and cheaper!! I had a "just barely more than simple" print job and always find the self copy machines mostly understandable, but it takes me a minute. It wasn't busy, around 7pm. Before I could read all the way through the instructions an employee (or it could have been a manager/owner - he was older) walked up and talked me through the whole set up. Saved me time and a minor headache. read more

Fast and friendly service! Both times I have been here the associates have been very helpful. Today I was waited on very quickly by Demeatria who was very pleasant! I also saw the manager helping another customer and he was very patient in taking time to explain everything to them about international shipping. read more

They didn't have the size paper I needed so they had to scale it and charge me for a larger size. The woman who was helping me had an attitude the whole time and spoke to me like I was stupid. Her name tag said she had been working there since 2003 so I was surprised she was not more friendly with me. There were people behind me in line and the other employee in the back did not come up to greet or help them at all. I am disappointed in the customer service. read more
