Excellent customer service. Thank you John for your patience and assistance with mailing a return. I did not read the Amazon instructions carefully enough. John was so helpful in walking me through the process and getting my package shipped. Side note, large shipping boxes are $8 and printing off mailing labels costs $4. Service was quick. This store is located in a large plaza with ample parking. The plaza was busy on a Saturday afternoon so we parked towards the back. Overall, we had a positive experience here and recommend this UPS location to others! read more

I have to sing the praises of Vincent and the owner of the UPS store for customer service that went above and beyond. It was almost 5:00 pm on December 21. I had run over to the store to purchase Christmas stamps, stamp my Christmas cards and mail them in hopes of catching the US Postal Service. When I arrived, I was happy to hear the mail had not been picked up yet so after purchasing my stamps I quickly began to stamp my cards at a workspace. Suddenly -the postal truck pulled up in front of the store. I thought- well it'll probably be here a while since it's the holidays but the staff warned me the truck is only present a few minutes. They saw my anxiety and jumped out from behind the counter and began helping me stamp my cards. We made it just in time and I was overwhelmed with thanks to these two employees. Their patience and quick assistance made my day! I frequent this store many times a month and have always received prompt and courteous help but this was even more! Because they are a "franchise" location they refused to return an extra package unless I paid them to do it. UPS was responsible for the mix up in the first place...so, I'm going to pay these morons because THEY couldn't do their job right? Makes absolutely NO sense. Guy at store no help at all. OK - this proves location is everything. This place would have been out of business years ago if they weren't in a convenient location. Just read the slew of reviews that all tell the same story. The owner of this store, Steve, is as rude as they get and the negativity flows through his employees. Recently I listened to him berate a customer for "sloppy packing," at which point he forced her to buy a box from him. He has been rude to me as well, and I really don't think he understands how UPS shipping works. He tries to make everybody think he is the shipping expert - he calls them Certified Shippers lol. Stay away. This is a bad operation. I'm never going in that place again. read more

Nathaniel at the Creedmoor Road store was very helpful and service oriented. I came in with 11 packages to send out to the Postal Service. I was rather embarrassed with so many packages. They were hugely busy but when I walked over to Nathaniel, I apologized for having so many packages while he was so busy. He was not flustered a bit, but calmly and efficiently helped me and said it was OK that was his job and he was glad to help me in any way I needed. Nathaniel was always personable, and focused on my needs instead of being rushed or rude. I am very impressed with all of the employees at the Creedmoor Road store. I find myself frequenting UPS on a weekly basis, with experiences typically very positive....especially in our North Hills and Cameron Village locations. This location, however, was a rude awakening. Customer service and professionalism completely lacking. Employee mocked a customer's tone of voice when she didn't understand his directions. The entire shop was shocked at his behavior. Seemed more intend on harnessing whatever authority he believed he had to make customers endure unnecessary wait times and practices inconsistent with what other locations abide by. Will never revisit. Have already reported the employee to corporate. Hopeful the owner can tune-up their local customer care culture and make more appropriate hiring decisions in the future. Best UPS Store location in the Tri!!! The staff is knowledgeable, patient and friendly! I do 90 percent of my non-food shopping online and inevitably have returns. I've always had a terrific experience at this UPS store so I take all my business there. They are efficient, courteous and friendly. They know me well now and greet me by my first name, so it feels like a local business rather than a corporate experience. I especially appreciate when they offer me a less expensive option then I might have considered. In addition to shipping services, they have often done small print jobs for me including simple design that all turned out very professionally. read more

Superb customer care! I had not realized that I had left my driver license two weeks ago at this store since I hadn't needed it until yesterday when I visited my bank. I had forgotten as to where I might it might have been left. I had visited a couple of doctors since but remembered that I had not used it there. When I got home yesterday I found an envelope from this UPS store containing my driver license and a letter from Steve stating that I had left my license with David who had spent over 20 minutes patiently working on a package I was sending to Toronto. And, since I had not returned to retrieve my license for two weeks they decided to mail it. Now that is what I call customer care and, just plane good citizenship. Fantastic store, loved talking to the manager about all the printing services they have to offer for a small business cafe. I was not only amazed by his knowledge and friendliness furthermore about all the printing services and sizes they currently offer. He even partnered up with local graphic designer to work up a solution for my challenge. This UPS Store's receipt says "US Mail IS Not Trackable" which is 100 % Bogus and Untrue! UPS stores have for years misrepresented shipping options and methods by giving out poor or completely untrue information on shipping items either by US Mail and UPS Ground. Instead, they upsell and hard sell a "guaranteed delivery" option. Shame on UPS and unscrupulous business tactics used on the uninformed customers that walks into this store! read more

I have been going to this location for years. I walked in today with a return for Uverse. Different staff were in there. The guy who waited on me proceeded to open the sealed box, remove the internal boxes then told me I could either buy tape or pay them to repackage! I had ordered custom labels from etsy for my wedding invitations and had taken them into this store. Steve worked with me trying to get them to fit but the tops just kept getting cut off. I went to the Office Depot down the street but they were so rude that I decided that no matter what I would continue to give my business to that UPS store. I went with a different option and Steve walked me through the process of making sure they were centered correctly and looked good. I felt that Steve was just as passionate about making sure they were perfect as I was. When they were done I was able to not only buy stamps there but he also sent it out for me.
