Scam alert. In October I visited this store to look at new phones. Clerk asked for my phone number to look up my account. I left after 10 minutes without making a purchase, offering to make a purchase, signing anything or giving my credit card info. Lo, a new phone purchase showed up on my account a few days later requiring monthly installment payments. Over the past 90 days I have spent about 2 full talking with T-mobile customer service reps, filing a police report with the Knoxville Police Department, and emailing T-Mobile supporting documents. When we started with T-Mobile, it was a good deal. They raised the price so much that we were forced to switch. We completed the switch, then received a bill for a telephone line that we never used nor had a phone connected to the line. We called back and they admitted the mistake. They told us they'd fix it, but soon thereafter we received texts from a collection agency. When we went over there they said they had already written it off and would inform the collection agency. I received another text today from the collection agency. They're liars! read more

SCAM ALERT!! We stopped here to add a line to our plan. At the end the salesman handed us another sim card and said we could have another line for free. It was not free - it showed up on our next bill. They are obviously adding additional lines to people's plans to boost their sales and hoping people won't notice or that they're too lazy to cancel them. read more

if you want to see the WORST in customer disservice as is imaginable, step inside this Kingston Pike store and wait to be condescended to by a un-crack team that doesn't give two (2)_______(s) whether or not you shop at their store. it's quite amazing how bad it is. One of the worst walk-in experiences I've had in my lifetime. Very bad. read more

Absolute embarrassment to T-mobile. I stood in line for ten minutes while I was completely ignored by the two employees not actively engaged with a customer. They would greet and help every new customer while I stood there behind the guests getting help. One girl was even on her phone for half of the time. I had to leave for a new location where the solo employee was doing a better job. Pathetic read more
