I paid almost $800 for white glove delivery of $8000 worth of patio furniture from a company that used RXO as the final delivery service. RXO was supposed to put the furniture together, place it where we wanted it, and haul away the trash. We were supposed to schedule a time to do the delivery. They scheduled a time and did not show up. They texted me two days later with a timeframe for delivery and still did not show up. Hours and hours later they finally showed up and delivery people had no idea they were supposed to put the furniture together and ruined all the furniture by putting it together incorrectly, dumped it in the garage, didn't haul away all the trash, and left. No response from RXO despite texts and phone calls. Completely sh$& company. read more

2 delivery guys came to deliver our dryer. it was raining and they were not able to bring the truck all the way down, so they brought it about 200' to our home. KUDOS to them. they did a great job installing and clean up. read more

Delivery from Amazon took 14 days! Item sat in RXO warehouse in Alcoa TN for 11 days without any movement! Delivery drivers were very nice and accommodating. I would NOT recommend RXO for delivery service. read more

After an initial one week delay, delivery team brought our new over-the-range microwave on the re-scheduled date. They were very friendly and polite, and quite professional in their demeanor. They removed the existing microwave, expertly installed the new microwave, tested to ensure functionality, and hauled away the old unit plus all the packing material. This was great, but the stove cannot be pushed all the way back flush with the wall like the last one, which makes it stick out 2 inches and my hanging cooking tools will risk falling behind the stove. We are trying to manipulate this today, hopefull, but I do not want to cause harm. read more

Sun Setter awning delivery disaster!! Delivery guys - great. Company NEGATIVE stars.. Delivery day 1, no show. Had a delivery window of 10-2. no show, no heads up, no updates about not coming. Day 2, 10-2 delivery window, updated at +- 1:00 pm to 2:23pm, OK! At last! NOPE! at 3:00 called them, OH, Wait, our awning was NEVER on the truck!!, Next day - day 3 - many updates that promised it would be soon.. nope! installers had been waiting for 2 days. They had to give up and go home. 8:30pm it arrived. Mind you, This shade was 20' long and weighed nearly 300 Lbs. I had 4 people waiting and waiting and waiting all three days so we could move it out of the road and in a safe place.. To say I am unhappy is an understatement! The two-man crew did a very good job installing my power sofa and loveseat. Unfortunately, they took the owners manual with them and now I do not know how to operate all of the features. They cleaned up most of the packing materials (twist ties on the floor and styrofoam on the headrest). I would give this company a -10 if it was a choice! Let me explain - I ordered a Tv from Samsung & they use RXO to do deliveries in my area. Apparently, RXO subs out their deliveries to various other carriers who in turn delivered my TV to the wrong address & refused to retrieve it even though I notified them minutes after it happened. I have called RXO several times, visited their local office in Alcoa, TN, spoke with Chandler, who is the local branch manager, and after four months we still do not have our Samsung TV. Their response at first was that it was not their fault as it was their contractor that lost it, and after several conversations they agreed to order a new TV. However, we are in Dec. 2024 and we still don't have the item that was supposed to be in our possession back in September. Our suggestion to you is, if you are told that your delivery is being done by RXO, see if there is someone else that can be used instead. Their customer service is horrible, their call center is in Singapore with agents that are hard to understand. There is just simply no accountability! read more

I wish I could give zero stars! This was supposed to be a "white glove" delivery and setup, but my white chairs (6) are completely ruined! There are hand prints all over them. Scuffs on the corners. They were assembled all wrong and only put 3 out of 4 screws in each leg, AND they used an impact drill to install and stripped out the screws, so they can't even be switched! I have included photos! Now, I have a table coming in the next couple of days, and I WILL NOT allow these people to put it together! I hope that a manager of sorts sees this review and addresses this. read more

Ordered an LG washer and dryer. Waited two weeks for first delivery on a Thursday. It never came we had to call to find out they had too many deliveries. They rescheduled for the next day per the service line. We called the next day and they said they did not deliver in our area on Friday. So it would be Tuesday. Again on Tuesday they didn't show. Despite the fact they sent email and texts that it was on the way. When asked what was going on they had no idea and had no order for a redelivery. So, they said it will be there the coming Thursday. Again emails and texts saying it was coming 3-7pm. When it did not show, I called service line. Again they said they did not see a work order and it was not actually out for delivery. I talked to the supervisor and got the same story. These poor service line people must take a beating for their incompetently run company. This is the Knoxville, TN branch. Maybe other branches are not as bad. Probably some University of Tennessee logistics graduate running the show there. read more

UPDATE: After posting this review, I was in contact with Bryan B. and Thomas W. They were successful in having my item delivered two weeks after this review was posted. While I am glad it was delivered, I still think RXO has some requirements vs capabilities issues. In today's world, it should still not take two weeks to deliver an item (especially when it's sitting in your warehouse and a 2 hours driving distance). I completely understand the complexity of transportation (I spent over 40 years in the military working these kind of issues), moving equipment and personnel all over the world. I hope RXO can work out these details to succeed. I want them to grow and be successful in this business. They were supposed to deliver an item last week (OCT 29, 2024), but now they tell me they can't deliver the item till the last week of November! Over 30 days late!!!! I have worked with transportation companies all over the world, and this is the worst. Even several third-world countries have better services then RXO. read more

Ordered a washer and dryer set direct from LG that included "white glove" delivery, parts, and installation. Unfortunately, LG chose RXO as the delivery agent. Their delivery crew failed to bring the required installation kit. Left it at the warehouse. They were polite and apologetic, but simply didn't have what they needed to complete the installation. It was an oversight, mistakes do happen. My dissatisfaction is primarily related to RXO's horrible customer service and absolute failure to fix their mistake and deliver the needed installation kit. The local Knoxville delivery crew's warehouse supervisor refused to address the problem, return calls, or offer any solution whatsoever. He simply ignored the problem. Calls to RXO's 800 customer service number were just as unproductive. We were told repeatedly during subsequent calls that our issue was "being escalated," which apparently means ignored. It's been over a month since the delivery and their supposed "escalation" has accomplished exactly nothing. They could have simply mailed the installation kit if they weren't going to follow through to complete the order. But they didn't even offer that. Totally unacceptable. read more

We were well notified on arrival times and arrived as planned. The two gentleman gave us the white glove install in the pouring rain. Item was a one piece solid glass table weighing 100 lbs. Delivery was to a fifth wheel RV in a campground Absolutely very difficult but no damage to table or RV. Removed all packaging and cleaned up all areas involved. Even found a missing plastic protector for the base of the table that had come off in the packaging. Wayfair installation is always first class. read more

Ridiculous and incompetent. I had a bed which was supposed to be delivered Monday, November 11. No phone call the night before, but tracking said it still was to be delivered on time. I stayed home from work and after several hours waiting I was finally able to contact someone, who said delivery was still to be made that day. But, about an hour later, I received word that delivery was rescheduled for today, November 12. Later still, I was informed delivery was once again rescheduled for tomorrow, November 13. This morning I received a message that it has to be rescheduled AGAIN, with November 18 being the earliest. I am mad and also inconvenienced, as this bed was to accommodate guests this coming weekend, and I suppose they will have to get a hotel room. read more

Absolutely incompetent company. They claimed to not have received my order, canceling my delivery appointment less than 3 hrs before they were to arrive. The order was even cancelled and refunded. I placed a new order for the same items and a month later they show up, not with the items from the replacement order but with the "missing " items from the first, cancelled order and - you guessed it - without a box and obviously very damaged. A front load washing machine but the top of the machine does not close. Where are the machines they promised they were delivering from the second order? I even contacted RXO several times in advance of delivery to prevent this exact scenario. They assured me what they were bringing was from the second order. the tag right on the machine with a box said it was the first, "missing" order. A full day later and they still won't respond to me.
