I don't leave reviews, ever; but this place is deserving of the lowest of all ratings a business could ever receive. this place just sucks, I have 2 horrible interactions with the owner of this place. first time I got my phone fixed here not even a week later the entire left side of the phone goes black,. and I knew it was the phone screen or the way it was repaired because there was nothing I did wrong for it to break. second time I went back was today after getting it fixed not even a few weeks ago, and the entire left side of the phone is popped out ( the battery was messed up and popped my entire screen out) but I was literally being told it was my fault when he said "oh you must charge this 24/7 all the time to have ruined this" ...yeah no buddy, I never charge my phone lol, I rarely charge it, only at night and that's like every 3rd day. He took my phone back and popped the entire screen out (mind you this screen was at least working when I brought my phone in) I was just going to get a price gauge on how much it would be to get it fixed versus trade in at AT&T, so I didn't really want him to do anything to it. Well he blatantly said it could've been his fault when he brought it back there but what's funny is all I needed to get a 350$ trade in at AT&T was to have my screen working, and what are the odds that's the one thing that stopped working when I went to have my phone looked at. Well all he did was give me back literal fucjking garbage and continued to try and get me to buy one of his stupid unlocked phones, because I wouldn't be able to now trade in my phone, BECAUSE OF HIM. I don't understand how it can be my fault when I literally had ZERO problems with my phone until I started going to this place. ZERO. this place sucks.

They told me the issue was the thermal paste, so they professionally cleaned the console and replaced it. The problem wasn't fixed. I took it back, and they replaced the thermal paste again. Once again, the issue remained exactly the same. After that, they simply told me to uninstall and reinstall the game, which also did not solve the problem. Instead of properly diagnosing the console, they kept repeating the same repair that clearly wasn't addressing the issue. I paid for a repair and ended up with the exact same problem I started with. A proper diagnostic should have looked at other possible causes, such as the power supply, storage, or motherboard, instead of repeatedly blaming the thermal paste. Overall, I wasted time and money and left with an Xbox that still has the same issue. I can't recommend this company based on my experience.

I explained I wouldn't be using it for about 2 weeks as my next vacation was in the middle of May. I was hesitant on signing up because I was afraid that if it didn't work for what I need it to I did not want to be locked into any kind of contract. I was more than assured that I had 30 days to return the equipment and cancel the account if it wasn't what I needed. When using the wireless internet it worked great for the first 4 hours then even though I had perfect signal it would not stay connected. This ultimately resulted in me missing for hours of work because I did not have a steady internet connection. On 5/18 I returned to the store and explain to my entire situation. The salesman who sold me the equipment stood there agreeing that he gave me 30 days to return it however nobody would return it because apparently there's a 14-day return policy. The man there at the counter kept insulting me and talking down to me as I was beginning to get angry that I am now locked into a 2-year contract at $50 a month for something that does not work. The sales man even mentioned that maybe the box that they sold me was not good and that they should not refer it to any other customers however I am stuck with this. They absolutely would not help me at all. So far I have paid over $103 to use less than 1/2 GB of service in a month. I am beyond livid with T-Mobile. I should not be locked into a contract of something that I was lied to about and that does not work.
