This is not unusual...either you can't talk to someone, when you finally get someone to speak with, they can't speak English that you can understand, or you are put on hold. We have difficulty connecting to the internet in the mornings! Oh my, I know this service could be much better and I certainly hope they work on improving it. The above is the reason, I cannot give them a four or a five star rating. At this point I am hesitant to even give a three star rating.
