Sometimes these offers even include items that may be picked up in store. Clean store. Hand sanitizer is available in multiple locations throughout the store. Masks are to be worn by employees and customers. Phone trade in event was going on during our visit. The offer is actually what brought us in. We were upgrading the phone we have for our kids. The first guy we talked to didn't know about the promotion. (There is a sign in their window, the company send out emails, and ads are on local radio.) Another associate did come to help us. He told us the phone being advertised is out of stock area wide. We were told we can order it in store or online. Ordering it in store was just them pulling up the website, and entering much of the information, then having us complete it. They even gave us back the phone, and told us we will be getting a prepaid mailer when the phone arrives to send it back. It would have been faster to enter in all of our own info ourselves. We have been told the phone should come in a couple weeks.

He was very unprofessional, going as far as saying the T-Mobile chat agent "lied to me" and kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my situation and problem. I proceeded to be kind while trying again to explain the situation only to be rudely shut down. I walked in expecting a pleasant experience and to be treated like a normal human unlike the way Devin treated me and my children in this store.

What they did is hook up several lines, including on my old phone, never told me what they were doing, then when I get the bill and it was much higher than quoted, so I remove the lines not being used, now my bill is twice as high and now they're telling me it was all based on promos which I had no knowledge of and wouldn't have consented. Now they want $20 a month for this "free" tablet which they won't take back and internet is $50 a month. Long time customers treated absolutely poorly.

This past weekend I stopped in to purchase a Oneplus 6t after striking out at other nearby locations. Sales associate, a young woman in her 20's, whose name I didn't get was extremely helpful, friendly and didn't pressure to buy extras. Transaction went smoothly and timely. Overall a refreshing experience.
