I got a new service yesterday and at and t locked my phone. I spoke to 3 people yesterday. The website does not help me. It keeps saying sign in or you don't have an account with us. I called 3 different 24/7 numbers from your website just now and they all say your customer service is closed. I live by myself. I need my phone. This is a safety issue. read more

The very worse AT&T store and experience in decades. I was there upon opening today ( 7/12/22). I came to the store to purchase a new phone since my Apple 7+ home button took a dive on me. There was only one employee, Jason at the store. Trying to have a conversation with him was like trying to have a person with ADHD that has taken speed carry on a conversation. I'm asking questions while he isn't listening because he's too busy texting back and forth with his boss. I may be old, but in my day my boss would prefer I take care of the customer first. The conversation is the most difficult one I've had in years of my life. By the way, he was the only employee working so I didn't have a choice to go to someone else. I tried calling AT&T and quickly learned the company is only paying lip service to customer service. They really don't really care or they would improve. I came back to the store in the afternoon only to discover that it'd be between an hour and two before I'd be waited on.!! Jason was blaming the government giving unemployment as the reason for their failures. Advice to AT&T- close some stores and fully staff the remaining ones. I'd suggest starting with this one. It's not providing acceptable service to its customers, Jason a word of advice! Treat the customer the way you'd want to be treated. I've been an AT&T customer for 50 years. I was attempting to make an adjustment to my account by removing a phone and tablet that is not longer in use. Sat in the store for over 30 Min, 15 of which I listened to "mr. Jason" talk about his kitchen cabinets with a gentleman who was there before me waiting and a young lady who arrived after me (who left after 20 min). When I was finally approached, I was told that they may or may not be able to help. This is where I lost my patience, left a few parting comments and left. This store location should just be closed! Went there middle of the afternoon to replace a car charger and first, the door was locked!! Two employees, one opened the door, listened to me then told me (without looking at my account or anything) that I would have to go back to the store that sold me the charger to talk to them about it. Seriously!?! This location is close to where I work but believe me I'll never go back. Horrible service, stupid service. At&t altogether sucks. Do not go to this one unless you want to wait for an hour just to be told they can't help you with the phone they sold you. Place is a joke and they have a manager sitting in the back while one guy man's the store. Don't try to contact AT&T either because they won't help you. It's rare to walk into a mobile phone store and be waited on promptly. It's even more rare to ask direct questions and get direct answers. Thank you, Brian! I had questions about replacing my current, old 6S iPhone with a newer one but not the latest, extremely expensive models. Brian told me what was available for my purposes and made some helpful suggestions, even showing me how to remove my SIM card simply. Our family has used AT&T for many years and we keep our costs down by using low data plans and use our home wifi most of the time. We have been to stores across the country when help is needed, and we find good, competent customer service, as I did this time. Great job, Brian! read more

Worst service possible, and arrogant employees. I was treated like I was a complete idiot. Wanted to change plans, and when I was told that as a present AT&T customer, I could not change to a new plan, I informed them of their advertisement that says New and Existing customers can change, and I was told "that is just an ad". Love a company that drives present customers away. Am changing carriers - won't bother this store and I am sure AT&T does not care. read more

I want to give them 0 Stars. They call my phone 2-3 times every day, for the past 5 months, I cannot block them. They change the last 2 numbers every time so I have contacted the OHIO attorney general with a complaint. I never had nor ever want ATT service! read more

Went to Store on 4/2, phone would not charge had been dropped in water, was told by Kurt Eger that it was out of warranty and I was SOL. Was told to contact Samsung. Went to Princeton Rd Store on 4/4 told them same problem, Kriss Stevenson looked up my account told me I had insurance and told me what to do. I will get my phone replaced after my $112.00 deductible instead of $950.00 for upgrade. IF you need people that care go to Princeton Rd AT&T read more
