Mouhamed assisted Other associates with their processing all while assisting me as well showing great team leading skills in the store. After shopping around online, I found that the quote offered by SYM was considerably higher than what I was getting from other websites. It was almost double what the local in-person retailer in my neighborhood was offering. It seemed almost too good to be true but I decided to take a leap of faith. Then came another challenge - I didn't have the original box the device came in. And with such a large bulky object, I knew that packaging it properly for shipping wasn't going to be easy. Luckily, I saw it mentioned on SYM's website that they provide shipping materials in some cases. I emailed them and within a few days they had shipped an old Apple iMac box with the styrofoam padding directly to my home, along with a UPS shipping label to mail the device to them. The only thing missing was the plastic handle insert, not having that made it rather difficult to carry the heavy package down the two blocks I needed to get to the UPS store. After dropping it off, I received email notifications with up-to-date tracking information. Before I knew it, the quoted amount was deposited directly into my Paypal account along with a $15 bonus from using a promo code. This entire process took place within the span of about 1-2 weeks. I didn't have to follow closely what was going on because it all happened in such a timely and seamless manner. I will certainly consider SYM the next time I have a device to sell.
