While I was waiting another person came in and was told they would have to wait or come back in an hour. She left. I happened to overhear that they were out of nano sim cards. So I left too. Every new phone needs a nano sim card, how could they be out? Found out that this is not a company run store but a franchise store and they just don't keep stock like a "real" AT&T company store does. I'll have to wait another day and go to their company store to get what I need. Not a good experience.

No way to access the vent inside as it is a stacked unit inside a narrow closet. We've lived here 9 years and hadn't had the vent cleaned, but noticed our dryer was taking several cycles to dry a load. Vent Wizard went up on the roof, took pics (see below), and measured the air flow and heat while the dryer was running (effectively zero).
