Do not shop here!!! This isn't a Verizon corporate store. I upgraded all my phones and was quoted a price on what my monthly bill would be. My bill is 300$ more than it was quoted. I immediately called Verizon and they took so long to address this now I cannot return my phones because this store is a third party. Dealing with 2 companies when there is an issue causes even more problems. No one is willing to help and they will not return my phones. read more

I first spoke with the gentleman named Bob who assured me they'd be able to take care of us I then sat down with a gentleman by the name of Tim who seamlessly walked me through the process and was able to take care of all of our concerns and needs. Intermittent service, extremely high bill, horrible customer service, was a customer since 1992 and turned over to collections in less than 60 days. I have been trying to get in touch with them to break down on my final bill. I am getting charged over $200 for a wireless booster that is useless to me, as it is a Verizon cell booster. Horrible disgusting, went from paying $300 a month switch services now pay $100 a month and have excellent service! read more

This location has the worst staff. Not willing to help, investigate your issues, or even do their own job. I understand working in retail is hard, and especially with the pandemic almost everything has changed. There is still no excuse for laziness. All because of one person who didn't want to help me and my partner, we lost a $1,000 promotion on the Android z-fold back in August. He almost didn't get his phone Because of poor customer service from this branch. This whole situation is literal bullshit and it all leads back to Londonderry Verizon. It has been almost 4 months and we are still trying to fix this. Nashua location is 100% better and the staff is very understanding and helpful. read more

Walked into Verizon today to purchase 2 new phones as part of their upgrade promotion. There were 3 people there at desks playing on their phones, and looked like one customer in the building. One of them looks up to us and asks what we want. We tell him, and he tells us we need to set up an appointment, then looks down at his phone. We ask are you kidding, and he says no. We left the store, and after 20 plus years of being a Verizon customer headed down the street to T-Mobile, they aren't so high and mighty that you have to schedule an audience with them! read more

This place was the worst! I just wanted to buy a new phone. They sold me the phone and said I would need to install myself. They don't help with that. I took the phone home, and tried. No luck. Had to go back a second time to find out I was missing the last step. That's the step everybody forgets. Well, if everyone forgets it then the directions are NOT CLEAR! Convenient location. Met at the front door in proper style by Ben. He was super curtious, efficient, and customer focused. Ben got us immediately set up with our sales processional, Karlyann. I am an 81 year old handicapped woman, who went in today, to get help with my broken phone(which i need in case I fall or have a medical emergency). I was told, I was next in line to be waited on.while I was waiting,two other individuals came in to upgrade their phones and I was some how magically put off to the bottom of the list.i waited twenty or more minutes,barely standing,leaning on my cane.they didn't even offer me a chair.i finally left without anyone helping me. read more

Ordered a case for my new iPhone 7. It was supposed to be shipped to my home. Three weeks later I'm told the order was lost, but yet I was charged on my monthly bill. After 20 minutes on the phone with corporate support I gave up and asked for a credit. I'll buy a case from Amazon. I have been a Verizon wireless customer for over 15 years. Went to this store to pick up a new phone. First they had the wrong phone so instead of them fixing the problem, they made me call Verizon Customer Service to fix the order. Second, I had the phone I ordered and I asked them to activate it. I was told it would take too long and to do this at home. When I got home, the sim card was not activated and i ended up using another card. Finally, I wanted to pay for my phone and was told they do not accept payments. NOW if I walked into the Verizon Store in Raymond, I would have been met by people who wanted to help instead of people walking around with IPADs telling me NO. Wow! I just read the other review and have to say that has NOT been my experience. Verizon is gig. They do what they do. But, in the Londonderry location, I have always been treated well. Joe is my "go to guy". He really worked hard to get me the best deal possible and then helped my son to do the same. It is a process and you have to be ready to go through the process. But, tonight I called because I had lost my phone in the woods, in a foot of snow. I looked for an hour with my IPad and could not find it. I called to see what the deal was with the insurance. Well, Harriss told me what to do to find my phone. Even though it was silenced, he told me how to make it make noise so I could find it. He encouraged me to "go forth and do it". And I found my phone!! I was delighted. I have to say, that has always been my experience in that store and would go out of my way to do my Verizon business there. read more
