Be careful of these sneaky scandalous people at this location. You really need to understand what they are saying, especially when they talk quietly to each other. So that they get more "sales" credit, they will open a new account with your number. All of your previous information/settings will start from new. Also, the special that we came for wasn't accepted. The trade in special was a scam at this location. They even made us go print, box, and drop off the trade in phone. What a nightmare. If that was the case, we wouldn't have came to this location. The 2 Latino makes involved we're a supervisor and a new employee. This happened months ago but forgot to tell the people what is really up with this location. It's not the Latino guy with glasses. Awesome customer service! My wife and I showed up fifteen minutes before closing time, and expected to have to deal with workers that are annoyed to have us there, but our rep (Carlos) was extremely professional and friendly, helped us navigate through the process of replacing my broken iPhone. Him and his partner (I think the name was Roger) were both very friendly and patient with everyone who came in, even those who only spoke Korean. Parking can be tough though. It shares a small parking lot with two big restaurants and a pool hall, among other things. Daytime parking probably isn't too bad but nighttime is. read more

I've called about 4 stores and only this place had the note 5. A little farther than my place but the guy on the phone was nice enough to put the phone on hold for me. So, anyhoo these mighty men, Junior and Cue are the absolute best in customer service! They even had a gadget to use to put on your screen protector, perfect 10! If there was an all-you-can-stick-screen-protector contest, these guy will be kings! Ok, i might be overselling them but seriously, not a miniscule bubble on my screen, buying a new phone, switching numbers, accessories, etc etc was a breeze with them. Especially when my bf had an awful experience in NY when he had to return a new phone just a day after, and had to pay restocking fee even when the defective phone was restarting right before the tmobile's eyes! I have never been so pleased with a retail store. I purchased a new phone 3 days ago, and it wound up being defective. Working as much as I do, it was very hard to make it into a tmobile store before they close. I made it in with just 10 minutes before they closed, and was met with a giant mob of people with a similar idea. Still, I was met with warm smiling faces from behind the counter. Having been turned away by another location, my associate Jessica was determined to fix my problem. While troubleshooting a defective phone may have been frustrating, never once did her cheery disposition fade. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This woman absolutely saved me today. I can't remember the last time I left a store in a better mood than when I came in to complain. You can bet I will be back again to this particular location and t mobile has Jessica to thank for that! Another employee, Albert, who was dealing with a particularly difficult customer request so close to closing, was equally patient and helpful, but to a much less thankful audience. I wish the owner of this store would contact so I can share my experience. I'm an Hispanic immigrant to this country who came from nothing to get where I am today, I work in customer service and I am usually super understanding about situations and inconveniences, but before leaving your store I sincerely had to tell your employee to F-off. I came to the store after contacting tmobile support and spending over 6 hours with them trying to resolve an issue that turned out to be needing a new sim card. I could sit here and transcribe the entire back and forth between me and the staff but touch on the important points. I came in asking for a sim card, I let them know I confirmed this was the issue with tmobile, and I let them know I just had dental surgery and that I appreciated their help. After this they started by saying they didnt have sim cards, then changed to they didint have the passwords to the computers, then that it was my phone not the sim card, and finally that I needed to go to a corporate store because they didnt know what do. All of these answers were dismissive and said in a manner to try to get me to leave the store, throughout the experience the 3 people at the front counter just spoke about how they wanted to go home and how one of them was luck to not have to "Put up with this Sh*t" , their body language was uninterested and annoyed, and ultimately they did everything possible NOT to help. I said "Please, I just had dental surgery Im on a bike, I can't drive to a corporate store, isn't there a 1-800 you can call for help or assistance in these situations?". The guy helping me just smirked and said no, and the other employee behind the counter(female) added we don't fix phones here. At which point their mannerisms and body language clearly communicated they had no desire to help me at all and had decided not to do so. Out of frustration I saying F-off and walked out. I would like to add that a few months ago I visited this store and the Hispanic female employee that helped me (Think the Manager) was amazing to me, today was the total opposite experience. Id like to add that the employees I interacted with today all had no name tags- the main person I dealt with a Hispanic male had a neck tattoo of a cross and the female employee was African American. read more

MANAGEMENT: please train your future employees throughly. Terrible Customer service by 2-3 male employees. First of all... GREET CUSTOMERS. It took my wife to ask for help to get acknowledged. 2. The employee I asked for helped only responded " sure once someone is available we will help you in a sarcastic tone. 3 my wife requested an iPhone 7plus and the employee that helped with the transaction brought out an iPhone 7 stating she did not ask for it and we would have to pay a re-stocking fee. In the process of asking my wife the # of the plan the new phone will be added too , the guy made a remark like " ok she gave all the numbers". You are asking for a phone number clearly you will get that unless specified. This store mainly deal with Koreans and Hispanics, so this store has fluent Korean and Hispanic reps. From my experience, they are really patient and try their best to help you understand with the plans and devices. Overall, this store is the best in ktown. read more

I went in there because I needed a new phone and to change my phone number. After I put money down on a new phone the associate told me for only 25 dollars more I could get a portible speaker so I aggreed, only 25 dollars? FIne, said it was part of a premotion. Not only did it tack 8 dollars a month on my monthly bill till I payed the speaker off, which was like 200 dollars, she kept my old phone number on my account so I was paying for two accounts. I noticed it a few months later. I am unemployed and going for a really hard time and they took advantage of me. It should be criminal what they did to me. I will say it was months ago, but I'm still so disgusted by their lack of professionaism and the misuse of their "power" these people should be shut down and put in jail for swindling their customers so they make a few extra bucks. And they were so overly nice, probably because they are con artists. Stay away from this location unless you want to be robbed. read more

I came here to ask for help about my Galaxy S4 phone wasn't able to pick up LTE signal except my friend's SIM card. Just let you guys know when you come here in this store, everyone is trying assist you but when it comes to troubleshooting phones, everyone's backing out like scared as hell. I already talked to T-Mobile tech support online before I went to store. The tech said I might need to upgrade my 2002 SIM card so I came here and asked every crew, include the Filipina and Korean lady who backed out and they pointed the nervous guy who can help me and took longer for him to come out behind the door. He tried to assist me about my phone problem but he failed to find solution so I suggested him to change my SIM card. What I didn't like about is he's trying to rip me off. He said the SIM card cost $20. It's free if I buy worth $20 dollars in their store. If they're trying to rip you off, report them. I wrote a review early in Dec 2018, I thought the nightmare was all over, the situation got worst I recieve by mail a collection bill from Tmobile recently, for something that I didn't want or authorized. Customer service was no help at all. Anabel store manager took care of the situation immediately. I hope I don't get no more surprises. Anabel said if I ever needed anything in the future she can help. After my bad experience she did gave me a great customer service. T-mobile had a Black Friday deal going on. My boyfriend traded in his iPhone. Cue the store manager helped us. He was very helpful...He explained step by step every detail of he trade in. I'm a T-mobile customer as well, but I never had a T-mobile associate help and explain to me every detail of the plan or trade in. If you need to do an upgrade or change of plan I recommend you do it with Cue. He knows his job well. I will definitely be coming back to this T-Mobile store just because of Cue. He will make you feel welcomed and he will answered any questions without him being bothered. read more
