A couple days ago I came into this store to upgrade a line on my account, and honestly the experience was terrible. The employees were very impatient and made me feel like they were just trying to rush me out so they could move on to the next customer. I had questions and wanted to take my time understanding my options, but instead I felt pressured the entire time. Because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome I felt, I ended up leaving and saying I needed to think about it. I later went to a different store nearby, and the difference in service was night and day. They were patient, professional, and actually took the time to help me. Not only did I feel valued as a customer there, but I also ended up getting a much better deal. I've never felt inclined to leave a review but a couple of weeks ago I came into this location for some assistance with my account, I was having issues setting up auto payments and I also believed i was being billed incorrectly from a purchase I made here, but a complete different experience now that I wasn't buying, they made me regret even purchasing anything from them to begin with, I understand it's "sales" but they don't care to help you with anything unless it's a purchase.. We went here with my daughter to get a new phone. Don't go here--BAD costumer service and very unprofessional. We asked for 4 phones, but when the bill came in, we were charged for 5 without our consent. They added an extra phone without telling us. This place is a FRAUD After getting our phones, they did not transfer the service correctly. I use my phone for work, and no calls were coming in for four days, which caused serious problems. I had to go back to this store, and they still did not fix the issue. I then went to Verizon and asked why the service wasn't set up correctly. They told me they couldn't do anything and that I would have to handle it myself. I also had to call T-Mobile to transfer the service back, and both companies kept telling me to contact Verizon. The entire process was stressful, overwhelming, and time-consuming. This was my first time switching to Verizon, and because of this experience, I do not recommend this store at all. read more

A store employee by the name of Nicolas was very rude to me and literally hung up the phone on me. This store had an employee that manipulated me to transfer from at&t to verizon on false pretenses. I'm missing 3600 on a rebate promotion and my bill is $400 a month instead of $220 that was promised. The supervisor is never there and they never pick up their phone. One employee, may have been manager had off the cuff bad attitude when speaking to me in the parking lot. Mentioned he called the tow truck before knowing I had went to the leasing office next to them and then was going to go to the Verizon store next to turn on a device. Just rude considering I was in the spot less than 3 minutes and he didn't know me. Upset my entire mood. He could have had a better approach because anyone you meet is potential for a customer. Something like this would have worked, "Hi Miss making sure you read the sign that the space you're in is for Verizon because I will need to call the tow truck". He made the smart comment that's why we have signs. He assumed I saw it. I didn't have on my right glasses but he also just missed the potential for a customer. I was going to move my car in a minute and I said that but he indicated he had already called the tow truck which I should have called his bluff. I wouldn't have been there anyway when they arrived. Been a customer of Verizon for over 30-yrs...he had no idea. Would have been nice to hear thanks for your loyalty. He was toooooo busy being smart and rude to me. I'm actually a nice person and had he approached different I wouldn't have blurted out Jesus. Done venting so that I can move past this experience and make sure I never do business at this location. Customer beware. Verizon has a habit of sneaking things onto your bill such as product insurance for a product you returned the next day. This has happened more than once. Verizon blames the customer and won't return all of the funds they stole. T-Mobile here I come! read more

Came on a Saturday before 2pm and store was closed/locked. Posted hours say open till 6pm.

I came in to order 2 new iPhones and start 4 lines. They had trouble setting up my new lines, I had to make several trips to the store to resolve issues. They ordered 2 iPhones which were not in stock. They mentioned it would talk 1 or 2 days. 5 days later they told me the phones arrived. When I came to the store they told me the devices were not there yet. After some phone calls they were able to locate the phones in the safe. Once they were setting up the new phones, the port in numbers were not entered correctly. After a few hours of waiting with them on the phone with Verizon support , the account became locked and we had to start the application process over. Many delays, hours of phone calls and issues with this location. In the beginning they promised to throw in a free case and screen for the trouble, but in the end decided not to thrown them in like they promised , instead they could only give a discount on them. I would not suggest opening an account here. Very bad service here. read more

I walked into this Verizon Store in a mild panic. In a convergence of terrible timing, my SIM card died grinding my work day to a halt when I needed to be beyond productive. I warned my boss this could take hours. Jonathan, at Verizon, clocked my state and said immediately what I needed to hear "we'll have you fixed and out of here in 5 minutes". And he did. On or about February 10, 2021, my boyfriend and I went into the Wireless Plus to trade in my iPhone 11 Pro. The value of the phone ($450) was supposed to be applied to my mom's Verizon account. Inside, there was one employee and no other customers. There were no other customers because of a two customer limit due to COVID. Other customers waited outside of the store. The employee was a man in his mid-twenties with long dark hair in a ponytail and tattoos on his arms. The employee went about processing the trade-in, asking me to clear the iPhone and remove my iCloud information. My boyfriend and I stood at least 6 feet away. The employee was behind some type of plexiglass window. We could not see the screen where he was supposedly looking up the account and processing the transaction. The employee said I would receive an e-mail or text confirmation that the trade-in had been accepted by Verizon within 2-3 weeks. I did not get a physical receipt. I did not receive a text or e-mail confirmation. On 3/13, my mom told me that the phone bill did not change. It was supposed to be reduced by $450 to reflect the value of the phone. After I received the text from my mom, I called the store but did not get a return call. On 4/16, I called and spoke with two different people at (the real) Verizon, including the trade in program warehouse. Neither person could locate the phone. The same day, I called Wireless Plus. Wireless Plus stated that the trade-in transaction could not be found. Wireless Plus stated that I would receive a call back with more information. At this point, I'm pretty sure the employee pocketed the phone in February 2021 and never entered in the trade-in transaction. SAD :( I called and left follow-up voicemails for Wireless Plus in May and June. Today, 9/8/2021, I called Wireless Plus again. The February employee is long gone, and there is an entirely new staff. After 30-45 minutes, the conclusion was that, because there is no record of the transaction and because I do not have a physical receipt, I'm out of luck. This is a huge bummer because I was OK with any of the three options: (1) return the original phone, (2) replacement iPhone 11 Pro, (3) credit the account for $450. Shout out to Lu (and five stars) at Wireless Plus for at least taking the time to listen, attempt to resolve the issue, and show compassion for the customer. Negative stars for his co-worker who was insisting in the background that I needed a physical paper receipt. Look man, I get it. I feel dumb for not having requested a paper receipt but it was basically RUDE to do so mid-pandemic. TLDR: DON'T go to this store because they employee thieves and customer service is not a priority. DO give Lu rightful credit for being thorough and kind. read more

I was having all kinds of trouble with my phone and having a horrible day. Everything changed when I walked into this Verizon location. The store was immaculate and Jade greeted me with such kindness, that I knew it was all going to be okay. In fact, I was impressed with the whole team at this location, as they worked together to solve all my problems and then some! I ended up getting a new iPhone15 and adding internet service and both have been game-changers for me. Been with Verizon for 8 years leaving because of this retailer. One of the managers def did his job selling me on an iPad when I just came in for an upgrade. -my bill $60 higher than what he said it would be -I was hit with fees he claimed would be waived -so busy selling me an iPad didn't ask about my storage needs (Had 200+ gb on previous didn't even consider this issue myself) -spent hours in the phone trying to get each of these issues fixed Because this is a retailer store Verizon does not take responsibility. Just be careful. 8 yrs... never missed a bill but Verizon would not accommodate a fix since this was a retailer transaction and past the 30day period. (Worth noting I Didn't even realize the gb were low until I ran out of space which happened 1 month past the 30 day period) Crazy, just be careful y'all ask questions cause if they don't do their job and ask you how many gigs you want you are going to pay for it. Came in to purchase the iPhone 14. When I arrived the manager(Melanie Ortiz) was having a conversation with a customer, he was asking a lot of questions. She became frustrated with him and started yelling at him for no reason. She was aggressive with him, started cursing at him, kicked him and ridicule him. My bf had to step in and calm her down. When she came back in she seemed frustrated and she acknowledge that she didn't want to help him. She was still cursing talking to another employee. The employee who assisted me(Neil) was courteous, respectful and calm. He offered to help her with the customer several times during the interaction. Called Verizon store before traveling to the grove, and Alex Garcia answered the phone, provided me with directions and ways he might be able to support my situation. I walked over to the store, stressed and frustrated, and Alex couldn't have been more calming or helpful in person. He educated me on my options and offered recommendations based on my phone usage rather than solely the "latest and greatest" options.
