They are scammers. Went to buy a new iPhone and traded my old one. They told me because you have bought a new phone with us today, we have a special offer of three free SyncUp Trackers, and you don't have to pay anything for them, and I trusted them. I bought the phone they gave me the trackers and helped me set up one of the trackers through the app. Then the next month I saw an overcharge on my account, and when I called the T mobile service they told me the charge was because I had bought three trackers and I had used them I said I got them for free, that's what I was told in the store and then they explained no they charged you and when I found the receipt I saw that they did really charge me plus they did not tell me that using it you have to pay for the service. I did not look at the receipt when I bought the phone because they explained to me how much it cost and how much discount I would get for the new phone because I traded the old one, and with taxes and their service for helping me set up the new phone, I thought it was all right. I found out they scammed me a month after buying the new phone when I saw the overcharge in my account. Liars and unprofessional. The guys at this store do a great job fixing issues quickly. When my son had issues with getting the free screen protectors, they were out of stock. The salesman re-routed him to a different T-Mobile location (Machesney Park) who didn't have a clue. Called back to Loves Park and the same salesman immediately contacted another branch (Perryville), made sure they were up to speed with the free screen protector program, and that they had stock. 15 minutes later all was settled. Went to store and purchased a new i-phone and switched from Verizon. Price was ok and thought that I was going to be on T-Mobile with 5G. Live in Quartzsite and use phone for hot spot and also run music from phone. That phone was worthless because they, as in found out after returning to store 4 times to see if they could help me, was not on T-Mobile but a side company named metro link. The most worthless phone co in that area. Tried to call Company to get changed to t- mobile but no luck. Went to Another co and paid to switch to have phone service. T-Mobile locked my phone for six months. Even after putting me on metro link without telling me. Stay as far away from that co as you can. read more

This was my first visit to this T-Mobile store! I was in the neighborhood for a medical appointment at Rockford Pain Management, and saw this store across the road. I decided to stop in and pay my bill, and am so glad I did! The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is second to none. I especially want to praise Via. She assisted me with my bill, helped me find a replacement wall charger for home use, and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND by coming outside in the freezing cold, windy weather to assist me in setting up my Bluetooth so I could make and receive calls over my car radio! She was AMAZING!! I will definitely be returning for any phone accessories, bill paying, and just to say hi! 5 Star rating!! Stop in and ask for Via; you'll be glad you did! read more

My wife and I went into this store with the intent to start service on phones we currently have. The store manager James helped us in more ways than he should as a store manager. Although the whole process took just short of 2 hours (due to no fault of James), the time we spent there was well worth it. My wife is disabled and after a very short time was unable to stand any longer. James went into the back of the store and brought out a chair for my wife to make her comfortable, as well as ask if she needed anything else. He consistently checked with my wife to make sure she didn't need anything else. To kill some time, James showed me features of some of the new phones they have. After 4 phones calls to support to fix a computer issue that slowed the process down, it took approximately 5 minutes to get everything set up. James did a fantastic job and deserves to be commended in every way possible. All store managers in all businesses need to take lessons on customer service from James. If you are reading this, James, you sir is why T-Mobile has become the #1 cell phone company for customer service. read more
