The tracking on the FedEx website shows the package never got scanned, so there is no evidence it entered their possession. I stopped into The Postal Shoppe and asked if they could look for it. The guy was rude and unhelpful, simply insisting it was picked up and not their problem. I talked to FedEx as well, and even though they couldn't do anything for me, at least they weren't rude. Lesson learned: always drop off directly with the carrier. They scan it right then and there, and then the tracking shows they took possession. This package was for a Samsung trade-in, and I'm out $150. Never going there again.

The manager at this location is very unprofessional. I dropped off a dress on Friday to get five…read morestitches. The rep in store called the manager and asked would she be able to make the repair, The manager advised that she would have it done in a Hr and would call Me when ready. I went ahead and prepaid since she asked me to and I also highly expressed to the store rep that I needed it completed by Tuesday at 4pm the latest. The store rep which is really nice by the way , stated that manager would be able to do it and will have it done by that date and time. On Tuesday @1:30pm I call the store, and the rep advises me that the dress is not done and they would need until the next day to complete it. I advise that is not feasible and I would come pick the dress up and would like a refund. The rep proceeds to explain that my dress is not available for pickup at that moment and I would have to wait an hour for the manager to drop it off. I did receive my UN-repaired dress and a refund, but would of be nice if the manager wouldn't have committed to something she didn't have the time for and I could took my dress elsewhere to get repaired...this review is solely based on the inconvenience...I HIGHLY SUGGEST save your time go elsewhere
