They offer every service you can think of and more, such as printing and packaging things for you. The employees I've interacted with recently have all been super friendly and helpful, even though all I was doing was dropping off with a prepaid label.

I didn't have the right kind of box, and I didn't have it sealed. The staff here was very accommodating and helped me get the phone boxed, sealed and shipped with no hassle at all. My wife had a package that was for a competitor, they couldn't ship it there, but they did give us directions to the closest location of their competitor. They were extremely nice and helpful.

Also, while I was sending/printing my papers, another customer came in asking if his order had been completed. Nancy smiled and said she was close to completion and would be done within the hour. One more thing; the paper she used was also nice quality. It was the standard, whatever was in the printer and felt like a good weight and texture.

2 minutes ago…read more Dropped off a FedEx package and got a dropoff receipt. The tracking on the FedEx website shows the package never got scanned, so there is no evidence it entered their possession. I stopped into The Postal Shoppe and asked if they could look for it. The guy was rude and unhelpful, simply insisting it was picked up and not their problem. I talked to FedEx as well, and even though they couldn't do anything for me, at least they weren't rude. Lesson learned: always drop off directly with the carrier. They scan it right then and there, and then the tracking shows they took possession. This package was for a Samsung trade-in, and I'm out $150. Never going there again.
