There are actually people on the other side that you can deal with right there and now. I was a usfamily.net customer for my email and internet for YEARS and then they joined up with Velocity. Still great service (I don't have a landline ...just the internet at home). I would have given them 5 stars because I am not sure if it is my computer, modem or them but my internet is not all that fast....I wish it was but I don't need it all that much at home when I have it here at work. I highly recommend them for service. They have always been sincere and helpful. Even with my Mom...if she ever had issues they were very patient with her. :) and solved her problems.

While friends of mine have "free" email (gmail, etc) they're plagued with spam. USFAMILY beautifully filters enormous amounts of it. I can still view it if I choose, and when I do view it, I'm always blown away how much crap they've save me from. The very few times I've needed assistance, a live person is ready and willing and solves my issues quickly. Definitely worth the few dollars it costs me per year!

This store was very ORGANIZED and it felt like these people were working as a team. I'm always…read moreimpressed by that. We walked in, within 1 minute, we were told who we could check in with. We were called after about 5 minutes of waiting. At the time the store had about 6 people ahead of us. There were several employees taking care of people. Our CSR was a guy named Don. It was about 45 minutes before the store closed and we felt no rush. Don was thorough and did all that was possible to help. We had another issue with a second phone on the same account. He called my number to check and his number popped up on my phone. He was a very pleasant guy and had a sense of humor. We were able to resolve the issues the best way possible. Our experience was a good one too. We live in Chaska and went all the way to Maple Grove because although the store we wanted to go to was closed even though it said on the Internet it was open until 8. We lucked out by getting Don and a supremo experience at the T moble in Maple Grove.
