When I checked through my apps he was in my photo album & messages as well as other personal apps. The second screen was delayed via shipping and I would have been out a phone for over a week. He did lend me a phone until then which was nice, but still very inconvenient because I had none of my stuff on there (contacts, photos, apps). Upon receiving the phone with the new screen, the next day I noticed the color of the screen when outside would get all inverted, but neon. Photos attached. I believe this was an installation issue rather than a screen issue. It only happens when I'm outside, with a colder temperature change. When I explained this to him, he said that there was "no warranty" despite paying $200. And that the only step offered was to send the screen back to the manufacturer, which would take 7-10 business days - once again leaving me without a phone. Also, if the screen broke when they took it off, I would be out of luck. So why would I risk that? He also insinuated I dropped the phone for that to happen, which was kind of insulting, especially reporting the issue within 24 hours? I am now stuck with a screen that does not work, and a useless phone. I wish I would have just kept my shattered screen because at least I could actually use the phone. One inconvenience after another and while I understand a lot of this was out of his control, it still does not negate my very negative experience here. I now have to upgrade and get a new phone. I am beyond upset.

She was talking on the phone. I Explained why I was there and gave her both phones. She activated the new phone and connected it to the old phone to begin the transfer, the whole time she remained on her phone call, which appeared to be a personal call. After about 15 minutes, she told me it was $10, so I paid. I asked her if all contacts, pictures, and text messages were transferred, and she said, "yes". I get on the freeway and try to call a friend with voice command..... no contacts are in the new phone. I called Cricket Wireless to complain about the store's customer service and performance. Cricket immediately gave me a bill credit and noted my account so I could visit a different store and have the transfer done correctl, free of charge. The person in the store had HORRIBLE customer service skills! Too bad there's not a zero stars option!!!
