I left that store DISGUSTED and headed over to this T-Mobile location. From the time we entered the store to the time we left, we were treated with respect. Our concerns were adequately addressed and questions answered thoroughly. I ended my 12 year relationship with Sprint. It felt LIBERATING to know I would never have to deal with another rude person from Sprint and there have been MANY over the years. Yay for T-Mobile at Montgomery Mall!

What happened is Sunday, all of a sudden my screen went bonkers. I could not reset it or do…read moreanything with it, it was shot. I brought it over to T-Mobile on 309. They said just by looking at it, I need a new screen and to take it over to the mall, and they'll take care of it, so I did. The gentleman who was there at the time said it's more than just a screen, it's internal. Fortunately, I had a protection plan. Hence, they sent me a new phone. He said When you get it, if you could just bring it in, we'll take care of it for you, so and that was Monday. Hence, on Wednesday, I decided to go at 11 o'clock, which they opened up at the mall. The kid who was working showed up late, and I ended up waiting a while for him to get his act together. Then, when he opened up the doors, he wasn't very, I say, people friendly to me, and he said that I have to do it myself and send it in..Why I received two conflicting directions, I do not know. But it was a huge inconvenience for me.

In return for the money you pay all you are really asking for is dial tone when you pick up the phone to call your customers and Google to come up on your computer screen when you need to do some research. It doesn't seem to be a lot to ask for unless your service provider is Netcarrier. Trust me you don't have the time to read the exhausting list of issues and downtime we have experienced, not to mention lost revenue, but all this pales in comparison with the indifference you are treated with when you talk to the head of their customer service department. My simple advice to anyone looking for phone/internet service from Netcarrier is buyer beware.

Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording. Lighthouse called me 2-3 times a day when I was initially looking for a company to set up phone…read moreservice for my small business. They were very good at following up and scheduling install. After they cashed the installation and set up check they have been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They have schedule 2-3 appointments to help us with technical issues and no showed/no called. The fax line they were supposed to install has never worked. Its been 3 months and they still have not fixed this issue. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
