I wish we had visited Yelp before went to the T-Mobile on Calumet Ave in Munster, IN. The customer service was aweful! Uzi was inept and Joshua is incapable of healthy human interaction. It is amazing this store is still open. They treat customers like they are a nuisance and are unprepared and unprofessional at best. Drive the extra mile, 2, 3 or 5 to a corporate store where you can find knowledgable and helpful staff to provide quality customer service. We had to leave the store before our service was complete because Joshua believed it prudent to raise is voice and become aggressive because we expressed that we were not having a good experience in his store. read more

The manager was rude towards me and did not help at all. Told me "there's nothing i can do" Like I'm paying $ to get cellular on my apple watch and i'm not getting calls or being able to make calls I'm paying $ for no reason and you telling me you cant do nothing about it without even trying anything? We'll my wife went to this store today and instead of helping her they gave her a piece of erroneous information and no ounce of wanting to help. im doing what I hate and that's writing a review. All she wanted was help to set up her iPhone 13 pro max . Explain the reason why this can't be done ? Just a simple process of help . Lynn was great when I helped my 80my/o mom order a phone. I thought she would be in good hands when the phone came in, and Lynn would get her set up. Mom received the text that the phone had arrived, and went the next morning to get her phone. A different employee told her they "hadn't unloaded the truck yet", but would call when they did. 5 days later, I am calling for my mom who had not heard from them. Male on the phone was rude, saying if we got the msg, the phone was there. After I explained what had happened, he put me on hold to go look for the phone. After 10 minutes he came back and said it wasn't there. (um, yeah, glad I didn't send mom right over) He said I needed to call Customer Care to resolve. But we had the phone shipped to store, so that seems their responsibility. After 5 calls, and three hours of my time, during which T-Mobile actually suggested I call UPS about the missing pkg...a pkg shipped to store not my mom's home, therefore I didn't even have a tracking number and I suspect NO legal grounds to ask about, they relented and called UPS. T-Mobile verified the pkg was delivered on said date, as we were told. Then T-Mobile suggested I call the store and tell them " T-Mobile told me they verified the pkg was delivered by UPS..." Um, yeah, NOT my job and why would they even believe me?? I don't work there! Now I am told to wait 24-48 hours to hear from the store. Why couldn't anyone from T-Mobile just order my mom a new phone today, since they/the store lost the first one. It was shipped to store. Their responsibility. Not ours. Worst customer service I have EVER encountered, and while I am certain T-Mobile doesn't care, the 12+ members of my family are about to change providers. read more

t mobil has the worst insurance coverage ever for i phones my sons phone was damaged i paid for insurance since july of 2020 but assurant will not approve the claim they say they cover physical danage but they dont and told me to call apple so now besides what i paid for the insurance i also have to come out my pockets for apple care as well and no phone my son will have i spent another hour on the phone today read more

wow! I've seen some bad reviews for this location, but I'm sorry, I just had the BEST experience with Gabby. Brought my phone to be switched over to another location closer to work and they pretty much sucked and I got nowhere. The other day I came in here on my off day, and Gabby had my phone completely switched over within like 30minutes? I don't know how the other employees are but she was GREAT! read more

Good afternoon My name is Richard Burrell phone number is 2192011504 pin is 967412. I'll try to keep this as short as possible. I went into the sprint on December 15th to see if there was away to lower my bill. Spoke with a sales associate who informed me that both my phones 1504 and 6550 were available for the loyalty upgrade. Which saves me cost on the lease. So I took my wife's phone and upgrade her line with the understanding my line was also to be upgraded to an iPhone 6. They didn't have any in stock and had to back order one. So about a week goes by and I was told my phone was ready for pick up. Went back into the store for about two hours were I found out I guess I have to wait to until my upgrade eligibility (January 1st). Which was fine though they should have said that from the start. Well I went in January 1st to upgrade my phone and enter the loyalty lease. Well after about three hours being told by every other customer care representative that I was available and they didn't no what happened. Until finally someone basically told me that the plan wasn't an offer on my account. So I went home and explained to Sprint customer care what had happened and they told me that they could fix this. Well after being on the phone for an hour I was told I was waiting on management to ok this. Well they (customer care) switched me to another representative whom wasn't management. I had to start this all over again. I never got a definitive yes or no. Well after speaking with Sprint in a chat they told me my account was available for this plan. So I went back to the store were I sat for three hours only to be told. My account wasn't available for this plan. Well I tried to take back the newer phone on my account that has that lease offer on it. Well I was over the 14 days and couldn't return it. When I entered that contract it was with the assumption that both lines were available and both would be the same. In summary I went into Sprint to save money now I actually owe more on bill. Cause I don't save on my line. I also have screen shots of Sprint saying I was available. I've never fought with a company so hard to take my money. This is a complete shame how you treat you customers. This is also a violation of contract law. Enclosed in an attachment you will see a customer care person stating I was available.
