Horrible customer service when my phone broke and needed to order a new one. Employee had no clue and tried (and failed) 5 times to set me up with the new phone. I was there for 1.5 hours. Ultimately, they didnt setup my data access so I then had to deal with "customer service" through the app to get this reestablished. read more

I have to boast about my experience at this T-Mobile store. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I had the pleasure of working directly with Kyla. I have to say, this girl knew her stuff!! She went above and beyond to ensure my family and I was receiving the best deal and any qiestions we had, she answered with ease; she knew her stuff! i appreciate that especially when spending my hard earned money. i will definitely recommend this store and Kyla to all my family and friends. read more

I purchased a phone Saturday evening from these people and I had buyers remorse because I thought that the phone was smaller than I thought. When I took the phone back on Sunday, the sellers were very rude and condescending. How is that if you are not satisfied with a 50,000 auto you can take it back and get something else. They have the affrontery to want to charge an 80 dollar restocking fee! If you want to get treated with respect don't go to this store! Rudeness is at the top of their list, especially that young man with the braids who's always sitting up front looking or talking on the phone. I had an absolutely amazing time meeting the staff at this T-Mobile. Paris was outstanding in her ability to communicate with me what a larger transition of equipment and coverage for my family, explaining the benefits of a business . After 16 years with Verizon they're infrastructure and ability for clients to communicate needs and have escalated, is limited. Spending hours and hours and now moving a global paste it was not able to keep up. I traveled recently and was welcome Global leave at the T-Mobile insignia . T-Mobile is partnering with Elon Musk, these are all positive things. If you are with Verizon, you should know that it's your phone is within one year of being purchased, and it has a malfunction, manufacturers, you should expect a brand new phone back. No matter your loyalty there wasn't any respect. Good luck verizon read more

We were considering to change the service provider for our home Internet to support streaming for Live TV and internet for other devices. I have learned about the T-Mobile 5G Home Internet and decided to check it out and take advantage of the Trial offer. Ann was helping me at the store, she was extremely helpful. She explained about 5G Home Internet and the offered plan in great detail. She also set it all up at the store, answered all my questions and made sure I was fully satisfied. So far it is working very well, the coverage through out the house is excellent! It was a great experience, very happy with the service provided at the store and the product. We started working with this store because my husband needed to replace his Apple Watch. I called another nearby store and the gentleman I spoke to was not very helpful in terms of helping me understand what my options were for getting my husband a new watch. He was also not very friendly. I called this store which is right down the street, and the service was wildly different. We have now gotten our new watch from this location, and we went in earlier this week to upgrade our phones and again, recievef awesome service. Mario and team are great people to work with. These kinds of upgrades are not straight forward so having someone take the time and make it fun has been awesome. We will always go to this store! read more

I went there earlier this week to see about what I needed to do to get a different sim card, since my current sim card on my soon to be old phone was much larger than the sim card that was going to be used in my new (hand me down) phone. First of all, I arrive along with another couple at the 11am opening of the store. The first gentleman greeted them and began to assist them. There was another gentleman sitting behind a glass window and one more stationed at a terminal. I approach this gentleman at the terminal, who didn't even acknowledge me and asked if he was available. He responds quite rudely, in a minute. I wait and then he states, what do I need. I explain the above, that I needed a different sim card. He first tells me, I must be talking about the SD card and that T-Mobile doesn't have different size sim cards. I'm like, I know what I'm talking about I have tons of SD cards laying around. Its the SIM card that I need a different size. I then take the back off my current phone ((Obviously, he sees his error in stating that T-Mobile only has one size sim card)) he immediately exclaims, 'This is an older phone!' Um, yeah, so..... like this is the reason why he was incorrect that T-Mobile only has one size sim card. So I then state, so T-Mobile has different size sim cards, right? I was not speaking of a sd card, right? So now, what do I need to do to get a new sim card? He then says, well I need the new phone here. This is the type of individual, Roy, working in customer service that I can't stand to interact with. To be more specific: He did not greet me. He did not answer my question as to what I needed to do. (I have never been in a situation where I needed a new sim card). He just proceeded to tell me how incorrect I was and even in the end, when he was completely wrong, demonstrated his poor customer service skills and could not offer an apology. He just kept trying to make me wrong in any sort of way. I left the store and him with one final comment. Was it really that hard? I returned with the new phone within 5 minutes. I was glad Roy was hiding in the back somewhere because if he would have came out and asked if he could help, it would have simply been a no, thank you. So, I waited on the other guy to finish up with the same customers that had arrived with me originally. I explained the situation him. We had a bit of trouble getting the back off the new phone, but he eventually worked it off. He then says that it will be $10 for a new sim card. I'm like no thanks, after the treatment with the other guy and to have customers waiting when you open up and you have 3 on staff......I'm not spending a dime in this store. I just wanted to know what to do. He then states, after I decline to purchase a sim card.............. 'I'm a dealer. I have to make money. When you get the sim card, you will need to come in and have me set it up'. So the reason I am including this interaction with him, is that he was incorrect. I purchased a sim card on e bay for $4.46 and activated it online at Tmobile.com. All you do is pull up your account, pick the correct phone line, insert your new sim card into your phone, and type in the new sim card number. Even though T-Mobile stated it could take up to 2 hours, my new phone was active in about 2 minutes. Since this was a previous Sprint store and now a T-Mobile store, I'm going to chalk this up to the fact that they don't know T-Mobile products. Also if they continue in this fashion they will go the route of the T-Mobile store which was located across the street from them years ago....closed. I have to admit, I've been in this store a couple times and it seems as though the people who canvass this store are trying to resolve problems, not buy product. There was something interesting too. There were no prices on items in the store. This is what my child pointed out to me. I say this, T-Mobile customers if you just have to go to a T-Mobile store, go to one that is corporate run. Don't waste your time here. I went Tuesday this store. My new phone is up and running and it is Saturday. Well worth the wait and they didn't get a dime from me! read more

If there was a zero score, I would give this store one. I was always a faithful Verizon Wireless customer until I moved into my current house that had little VW coverage. I went to Sprint store across from AMC theaters near 95th Street In Naperville. The Sprint staff was always helpful. Since T-Mobile purchased Sprint, I have had problems with phone service and a "No SIM card installed" message. I went to a phone repair place, called T-Mobile customer service twice and went into the store. I explained I had no service and was in the middle of a big work project. I couldn't wait for a new SIM card and I asked if I could borrow one and they said no. I understood. I asked if they would install the new SIM When I got it. This guy standing in front of the counter said they would not install it. It turns out he was the store owner. I asked why not and he said I they would not install the SIM card and I would have to go to the T-Mobile repair shop in Bolingbrook. He was belligerent. I know replacing a SIM is a simple task. I don't understand why the owner was so awful. In this competitive wireless marketplace, there is no room for ruining a customer relationship. When I got the SIM card, I went to another T-Mobile store and they popped it in, no questions asked. Don't patronize a store owner who is not interested in helping his customers. read more
