Well, how about some of those forces being used towards customer service, training, customer care, customer satisfaction, How about giving out tracking information when orders are made. I'm here now because I ordered the latest & greatest hummm. They don't carry it in the 3 not 1 but 3 stores I went in. Now they ordered it & said 3-5 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks & no phone. I called Customer Service & clearly polite but they can't reorder because it was ordered in a store. So nothing against the agent. But I'm here now to get a refund oh did I not mention I PAID for everything prior. And the "MANAGER " has been on hold since 11:30 & it's now almost 12:30. I escalated this issue as far as the "CORPORATE GATEKEEPERS " would allow! As soon as I get my funds! I'm carrying me & my family to Verizon!! Wish us luck; I'm leaving after 11 years ‍

    I had the worst experience having communication with this service and in this location. The first…read moreproblem was on the first day of getting my Samsung A11 phone from them, having some of the worst reception signals I've had. Secondly, I was told that they would pay off the $400 from my previous phone service when making the transition over, which they lied about and I ended up having to pay for myself. Lastly when it came to them handling phone problems for me, one clerk said it was possible to get a payment or issue fixed, when the next day, a different clerk said that it wasn't possible. It's like everyone working here has no proper knowledge of how things work for their service.
