Fast forward to a few weeks later, I am now living overseas and my HOTSPOT IS NOT WORKING!!!!!! Because the man who assisted me conveniently FORGOT to give me the sim card that is required to operate this device I now use this JEXtream 5G mobile hotspot as a paperweight because there is no other use for it Lesson: Always check your product before leaving the store.. because you'll end up like me... no wifi connection during the holidays overseas. He said he wasn't going to help me because he's arguing with his mom and I'm not sympathetic to his crying and interrupted his coworker to "trade" cause he wasn't going to work with me.. i asked for the manager and then he tells me that he IS THE MANAGER!!
