We went back for the warranty to have replaced. They replaced it. Within a few weeks the screen started acting weird again. Then when he applied pressure for the finger print the screen went white and bright down the side. We took it back in. They said he had dropped it and refused to fix it even though it was a screen issue from the replacement. There was no sign of damage or cracking. They wanted us to pay full price for another screen even though the screens that had been put on were faulty or not working right from the start. Highly do not recommend if you're trying to replace a android screen from our experience. We have a Google pixel for reference.

This led to a significantly higher bill. When I returned to resolve it, another representative was combative and refused to help, deflecting responsibility. This behavior suggests unauthorized and potentially illegal account churning. However, I was able to contact AT&T customer service by phone later that day. The representative, Margarita, was fantastic, professional, and efficient. She swiftly reviewed my account, listened to my complaint , and restored my original plan and Trade-In promotions. Recommendation: If you need assistance, call customer service directly. Do not trust this location for any account changes.

The bottom line is, Cell Phone Zone is a good choice for cell phone service. I definitely will go there again if I need to. Hope not, though.

They sell printers…read more Did I say they sell printers? Yes I did. They sell printers but have a very limited ink supply. A lot of the new printers use ink in the bottles. Not a drop available. I gave them a two only because they did look at the other stores in the area. Guess what!?! Nope no ink there either. They didn't seem to have much of anything for what might be the biggest name in printing.

Upon arrival we were helped by Taja little did she know her whole day would be consumed by helping us :) sorry Taja :) Online customer service lets say jacked some stuff up majorly and Taja spent a total of four plus hours with us helping us try and revolve all the issues. During that time Taja displayed patience of A saint! Its hard when you have customers that are aggravated due to someone online not doing there job correctly. Taja displayed empathy, kindness and relatability all key components to customer service relations. She did not complain when she and other associates had to stay late as we were on the phone with customer service for over four four hours . They have a great team at this location not only did Taja display outstanding customer relations Buddy also showed empathy and kindness towards our crazy chain of events and issues These associates deserve to be recognized for outstanding customer relations going over beyond ! I would give them a raise as its very hard to find people with problem solving skills and great customer service skill set. The manager I do apologize for forgetting his name he also encouraged his team and displayed great customer relations. Kudos to this team!!!
