He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. Said it would take about 30 min and cost maybe $65.00.Love my new case.

I ultimately took it to the Apple Store, where they indicated that the microphone was no longer repairable, and the phone would have to be replaced. All told, here's what $88 at this store got me: 1. He said he watched the camera footage and blamed me for opening the phone, as if that excused their mistake. Then, when AT&T corporate couldn't process the refund, he demanded to see my personal and private bank statement to "prove" the charge went through--accusing me of lying again. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and shady. Overall an insulting treatment of a paying customer. Avoid this store at all costs.

After an hour of repair I received my phone and left. Less than 48hrs later my phone screen started glitching. I'll keep this short. I returned 3 times for the same glitch. He said my phone had "touch disease" something that I never had an issue with before bringing my phone in. After not being able to fix my phone properly he offered to put a broken screen on and return my money. Terrible customer service, cheap third party equipment, and they will lie to your face.
