I came in on 10/17 to trade in my phone for the new iPhone. The employee who (barely) helped me was very rude and did not provide me with the help or information I needed. Essentially, he just handed me the phone and said call customer service because he wasn't taking my phone. I eventually did end up calling customer service and they were more than helpful with getting my trade in completed. So if you ever end going here, the employee that has dreads with gold tips may not be the best option for assistance. read more

This T-Mobile has a really great staff. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly by several staff members simultaneously. Came in to replace a broken phone and they had me in and out within 10 minutes. I called ahead of time before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I had so many questions trying to decide when/if I would switch carriers and simply get a new phone. Jasmine helped me. I was so impressed that I waited until her next work day and went into the store give her a commission. At no fault of hers, I was rushing during lunch break. Ran out of my 30 minutes. Jasmine set aside my new iPhone 6. I got great advice on service, quality and saving on my bill each month. Walked out with my original Samsung S4, traded in a flip phone and still have my cool iPhone that I can't stop playing on. Her manager was attempting to be patient before an interview, that didn't work. I could see it on her face. Jasmine was determined to get me squared away from start to finish. My sale was closed out by Kyle. He was helpful as well. Even offering to link my new phone to the Bluetooth in my car if I was parked close enough. Good job guys. Thank you. read more

I was treated like less than a human by the MANAGER of this location by the name of ERIC SANICHAR! To all my black brothers and sisters, DO NOT SHOP HERE! I came into this store to start a new line and Eric Sanichar treated me as if I was a fraudulent customer. I have an out of state drivers license because I recently moved to Georgia after graduating with an MBA. According to Eric Sanichar, T-Mobile does not accept out of state ID's for new service. However, I found out that this is not true. The main thing I had a problem with wasn't the fact that he told me this, but the way he treated me, looked at me, and spoke to me. After being denied new service, I went to the Starbucks next door to get a latte. While doing so, an employee from the T-Mobile approached me and apologized on the behalf of Eric Sanichar during his break. He further explained that he himself felt racial tension from the manager partly due to frequent stereotypical statements about blacks and witnessed him treat other black professionals in the same manner and not activate new service for them as if they were potential fraud. The employee also explained that he has witnessed Eric Sanichar take advantage of a software loophole many times in order to set up credit accounts for people with Mexico ID's that did not have a social security number, but instead used the ID number on the Mexico ID to run their "credit" and create an account. The employee also shared some personal information about Eric Sanichar. The employee stated to me that Eric Sanichar's most recent ex-wife left him for a black man after catching him cheating and this may be part of the reason he has disdain for blacks. I asked the employee why he stays at the job and he explained that he needs the money. He also explained that T-Mobile's power structure is set up in such a way that if you speak up against unethical behavior, you become a target of meticulously planned retaliation. I ended up going to Verizon and getting new service. read more
