This store in particular. Absolutely unprofessional. I had 7 days left to deploy. I go there to switch to military plan and turn in my old paid off phone to get a new phone. The conversation starts with the worker flirting with me. As soon as she knew I was not interested, she messed up my whole thing. I left the store under the impression of my new phone I got is paid off and I got a 200 dollars promotion card. I deploy and then 2 months later, I find out that I owe 600 dollars on the phone that is supposed to be paid off. I call them back asking what's the problem and they said call customer service. Im super frustrated and currently deployed and I do not have the time for this. read more

Had the worst experience I've ever had with T-Mobile! I usually enjoy my interactions with T-Mobile and it's employees but I was fuming when I left today. I walked in and there were a couple people ahead of me...no problem. A man walks in after me and gets help right away. So I tell an employee that I was waiting first and I just have an easy question, as opposed to the whole process of buying a phone. I was told that the employee was new and it wasn't his fault. (That's the first no-no. I should have been apologized to right away and asked how I could be helped) I then had to wait for 40 minutes while the other two employees finished up with their customers while Trysten (the new employee) looked at his phone. No one was even trying him or teaching him. Nothing! 40 minutes later I was called up to be helped. All I needed was a copy of my bill with my new address. I was told they can't print it with my new address. This could have been told to me 40 minutes ago! When I expressed my disappointment the three employees started to argue with me! Horrible service! I have visited this tmobile location twice in the last month and will not be returning, I would rather drive an extra 15 mins to a better store where you will get top notch service rather than this place which is a joke. First visit, I went to purchase a new phone, I was helped and got information on the new smart phone I wanted to purchase. While thinking about purchasing the phone, the associate was VERY pushy on me purchasing a case/screen protector/etc... I was asked MANY MANY times if I was sure about not wanting to purchase them and he also asked more than twice WHY I didn't want to purchase them!!!! I don't think a customer should feel like they need to give a reason why they don't want to purchase items, I kindly explained twice why I didn't want the items...By the third time I was so baffled. Before paying, he even asked if he could put the case on the phone to show me what it would look like, AGAIN i had to repeat myself..... NO MEANS NO. While completing the transaction, another associate was bragging to the associate helping me about how many sales he made a prior day, while I was trying to ask questions about this new phone and about my current plan.....RUDE. Lastly, the associate had offered to transfer my old phone's content onto the newly purchased one. Upon opening the new phone, it was under 55% so he didn't want to transfer anything over....he said I could either wait 45 minutes or I could return another day but if I returned I "WOULD NOT BE A PRIORITY CUSTOMER".....due to me not being there to purchase items..... That seems extremely odd for an associate to say to a customer. The phone ended up being EXTREMELY defective, again I had to return to this lovely location. Upon returning I had to explain what was wrong with the phone and how it was very defective. After 1.5 hours a different associate agreed to take the phone back due to seeing two (out of many) of the defects happen on the phone. I would rather support another Tmobile store who actually understands customer service. Will not be returning. read more

This place is the epitome of fantastic customer service. The first time I came into the store they were having an amazing deal that I couldn't pass up. So amazing that I had to ditch my AT&T plan for T-Mobile's. The deal was expiring that day so everyone and their mama was at the store. I ended up being 6th in line, but I didn't have to wait very long. Thanks to Imari and Miranda, I was able to make an informed decision on the phones and plan I wanted. I was so glad they were patient enough to backup my previous phone and transfer to my new one. On my second trip, the sync up I added to my line refused to connect to my phone, so I was once again helped by Imari. She immediately helped me troubleshoot the problem, and I was out of the store in 15 minutes. After all that the staff has done for me at this store, I definitely won't be going anywhere else. read more

While the staff at this location is helpful, it may just be because the store is always empty. The interior layout is just like any other mobile store with shelves of phones and signage galore. Carlos and another young woman were so polite when we came in. I hate that I can't remember her name, but she spoke Spanish. They were so extremely helpful and kind throughout process. However, the assistant manager, Mason, was absolutely rude and treats employees as second class citizens. The young woman simply asked him for help, but he was so condescending to her throughout their interaction. Also, during a phone call with a customer, Mason was very irritated with them as seen in his constant eye rolling. I went to this store at approximately 11:00am on a Thursday, Nov. 18th. Two associates were on duty; a young man was helping a couple and a young lady was helping another lady. There was absolutely no acknowledgement from either individual. Another customer came and still no acknowledgement. Over a period of about 30 minutes, a total of four "prospective" customers were waiting. The fourth customer had enough and asked for the cards of the two employees and stated that they had not even acknowledged any waiting customers existence. Shortly after he departed, I approached the young male associate and asked if I could ask a brief question. After being acknowledged by a glance from him, I asked if he could tell me when a manager would be on duty, and the female associate announced that she was a manager. Her response seemed to be the final straw for all the people waiting for service. We virtually everybody waiting made a comment that it would have been nice if she had even acknowledged the waiting customers and provided an estimate of wait time, Her response was "I was just getting ready to help you." Everybody walked out! I have been to this location about five times and the employees have never been this incompetent. The store manager needs to do a better job of hiring/training employees if the store wants to stay in business. read more

Went in to this store yesterday off of Douglas. Came in because I wanted to switch over to T-mobile. I was really disappointed because when I walked in there were two other customers and only one rep (his badge said Billy I think but he was young had brown hair and was wearing a T-Mobile track jacket or windbreaker in case I'm getting the name wrong) in the front. He didn't greet me or the other customer that entered. When a third customer came in same thing he did not even look at the other customer. He was glued to the two ladies that were already there and he was talking about how he was in a Netflix movie called "tough love". It was so unprofessional. After a solid 10 mins of waiting I spoke up and asked if other reps were available. He said "yes" but "were in the back". I felt like if I didn't say anything, he would probably have never acknowledged us customers or called his fellow reps until one of us said something. He was very unprofessional. Nor did they show me any other plans that are available to me or the price difference at all they would only talk numbers . Now I'm a visual person so I need to see everything in writing first as opposed to trying to give me what I wanted ,they tried to upsell me on what I did not want. I find that to be so frustrating.now I work in the medical field and I am an essential worker I do not have time to sit here and have someone try to steal my money when I work hard for mine. U actually have to submit the final bill and then they will start processing and still it'll be another 8 weeks. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!! This is a franchise of T-mobile not a true corporate T-mobile store. The owner of this store has higher pricing than a regular mall store. Ashley just tried to charge me 3 times the regular price for data plus a huge down payment on a phone and tablet. I left feeling upset with T-mobile so I decided to go into Carlsbad mall store....and what do you know.. I got both phone and tablet 0 down and my monthly for Data is $10 a month for each device. She was trying to charge me $40 a month for data and said I had to pay for more than half of the devices. Bottom line...either employees work off commission and are greedy or the owner is raking up the prices dramatically!!! Just because you see a T-mobile store doesnt mean its a corporate store. Looks like most people had the same experience that my husband and I just had yesterday. When we walked in there was nobody in the store. Within seconds a man and a woman came out of the employees only door. It looked to me like they must have been having sex or smoking a joint? Not sure what it was but they acted weird unprofessional and weird. The woman made eye contact and asked if she could help while the man who actually looked more like a teenager stood in the back pretending like he was busy on the computer while doing his best not to make any eye contact with anyone but her. We asked her about an upgrade multiple times and asked her to look up our account at least 3 or 4 times during a 3 minute period. She brushed by our questions with quick answers that didnt apply to us and then never looked up our account. Based on the weird feeling I had with them hiding in the back room and feeling like an intruder on sex time I just started walking out. At the last moment my husband says oh wait look at this and I turn around and see a new guy that was not there nano seconds before. He was a big guy heavier than the first tall guy that looked like he was having sex with the girl. He just magically appeared (the big guy)up front without my seeing him enter the room as we were walking out the door. He was really animated laughing silently but making big motions doubling over in insane laughter. I am guessing that they were making fun of us for coming into their store. When he saw me turn around he looked stunned and scared. He obviously thought we were gone. He changed his demeanor immediately and tried to play off the laughter like it was some part of a very serious business conversation that had happened in the past as if we werent there the entire time. Very weird, very unprofessional. That second kid is lucky I walked out without creating some kind of a huge scene. I would not normally put up with that type of behavior but its a bunch of snotty nosed teenagers who do not give a shit and like the people said about all the rip offs and credit problems boy do I believe them because I have had the same problem in the past with 3rd party T-Mobile stores. They lied to me too and told me I could cancel this 3rd line at any time no big deal. I found out when I tried to cancel it that they lied their faces off at me and put that 3rd line into a 2 year contract. I am so glad I switched from Verizon to Tmobile. Verizon is so overpriced and their best phones are never affordable. Well except for when they do Bogo, then their stock is gone and if u missed out they don't restock for Weeks. Tmobile works great for me and I'll never go anywhere else.
