When we bought our home we received $10,000 in credit from our purchase but our escrow company…read moreadvised the funds needed to go directly to a contractor. We didn't know anyone so our realtor recommended Justin, she said she had used him for the same situation before. We discussed we could get the repairs done that we needed and if there was any remaining credit we would be issued a refund. Some of the repairs on the home needing to be done were urgent such as unsafe flooring on the second floor. Unfortunately justin was not able to communicate over the phone but was always responsive to texts. He was unable to do the work in a timely fashion. To do the work listed below it took him over two months of us begging him to come out or to send someone out. On several occasions he told us he would come but never did. Then when he did come we'd ask how much the work was costing so we could keep track of how much of the funds we were using. Justin never provided us with a bid, receipt, price, invoice or anything. Most of the work was actually performed by other contractors he sublet to but he was also not able to provide their invoices. As communication with Justin became increasingly unprofessional (every time we reached out via text he would let us know due to extreme personal difficulties he was not able to handle our account) we asked to be credited our remaining funds so we could get the rest of the work done by another contractor. After several weeks of requesting invoices for all work performed Justin sent a handwritten invoice for a lump sum charge of $10,400 and told us we spent all the credit. This is also after he told us he'd be providing us a discount. We asked for supporting documentation such as materials costs, receipts, and invoices from the sublet vendors to support this price. We have not received anything. We have threatened small claims court to which he responded "You can't file a claim in court that will hold you're just wasting time let's not threaten me with the court system because this will backfire in you as I have my ducks in a row. An email ticket item was created and a text notification saying I would be emailed or texted when my computer was ready. 3. Was called 3 days later asking for my password again. 4. Was left a voicemail and not notified via email or text that it was ready for pick up (I did not check the voicemail for 2-3 days thinking it was spam). Had been waiting for the email or text to confirm it was ready like they said, it never happened. 5. Picked it up (they had a hard time finding my charging cable. glad I labeled it with permanent marker) and I noticed the computer would not turn on. Red flags went off and I asked, "Are you sure you fixed it?" Reply by manager, "Yes, it's just been sitting for awhile and needs to charge." 6. Got home, let it charge for 1-2 hours, it failed the exact same as to why I had it looked at. 7. Went back to the store, they gave me my original faulty battery back and said they would order another battery. 8. 8 days passed, did not hear a word. Called them, they won't even refund the diagnostic test that had my computer running the exact same. DO NOT GO HERE.

And if you are thinking that any company in this world will work on your broken products, then not charge you if those products are beyond fixing..then you are in for a rude awakening. Nova did a great job installing our CISCO phone system which has been working perfectly for 5+ years now. N ice enough guy, but clueless when it comes to Cicso IP Phones. BTW, Cicso is an indsutry leader in VOIP phones. Nova (Patrick) supposed to "SIP" enable a phone for us. He could not do it in the office. So he took the phone and said he would return it to us later in the week. Did not happen. We had to call. They mailed the phone back in the very same condition. In other words, they did not do anything to SIP enable the phone. We were finally able to do it. I called Jim (owner) who appeared to show concern at first, but then became unresponsive to my calls and emails. After a dozen or so calls to allow them to correct their problem, I've given up. As a business owner myself, I wanted to give the company every last opportunity to correct their error. or refund my money before I wrote this review. Neither one occurred.
