Last week my wife witnessed the so called manger treat a customer like crap. Seems like the gentleman was picking up a phone from a warranty issue. From what I heard his phone was delivered to store for pick up and for what ever reason this super manger decided he wanted to submit a new claim. Now from what I know it is not his authority to do so he started yelling call cops when the gentleman tried grabbing his phone which was given to him because I watched the whole thing. Kudos to that man for leaving I'm sure he did what he needed to but seriously now I wonder why this place has 2 star ratings horrible management on his part. read more

Haydee is THE BEST!!! She was so helpful and informative. she guided me through the whole process of switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. She let me know all the ins and outs and didn't leave anything out for me to question in the future. She set my phone up and made sure I was good to go. She wasn't pushy like some other people in this corporate cell phone business, which I really appreciated. I opened an account in NJ and I use TMobile internet service only for a car wash machine at Neptune NJ 07753. All went well until I found that they debited my credit card twice on every billing cycle. I called them to rectify the case and it took months for them to find out what happened. These happened in 2023. As it took a lot of time for them to locate the problem every time I called to get the refund. I did not have the time to deal with it as the amount is $218.17 only. Until 4/2024, I received a bill to my partner (yes, it is messy) which carries a balance of -$218.17. That $218.17 is correctly due to me. I called them to ask for the refund. Again I was being transferred from one person to another and from one department to another. I spent at least an hour each time I call. The case is very simple. Their record showed that they owe me money and they should refund. Not only they do not refund, when I pressed them, they claimed that they have adjusted that balance to my account already. I don't have anywhere to air out the dissatisfaction. I have to come to you. Please help to rectify. It is $218.17 and the fair. Business practice that I am concern of. Thank you read more

I will be going to another carrier. Customer service gets worse and worse and worse. Not sure who thought of these phone support processes but it's broken. I've been having trouble with my phone service, the simplest service these carriers are meant to provide. I attempted to use the T-Mobile internet at my house and was told by a technician that I was surrounded by 5G towers, and even so it did not work properly. My phone only gets one bar and when am in business or personal calls, they drop or we can't hear each others full sentences. I was told by the technician that if I got a new phone I would get better service. (2 hours) I went to a T-Mobil store and bought an IPhone 14 to be shipped to my house. Once it arrived I went back to the store to get the data from my iPhone SE (2nd gen) to my new iPhone 14. I spent 3 hours at the store ‍ and no one was able to activate my new phone. (3hours) Went to Apple which there is no reason why as a T-Mobile customer I should go to Apple but I needed my phone for emergencies and business calls. Spent two hours there to only be given a number to call. Call Apple support talked to three representatives to be pushed to buy more iCloud storage and that it would solve the problem, it didn't smh ‍ (3 hours) Did research myself and found out that the problem was my old SE needed a software update. After doing so It began to work. (1hour) The next morning I woke up and needed to transfer my old number to my new number. After 4 hours, several representative and supervisors, the phone was finally activated. (4 hours) Total time to activate a new phone 13 hours!!!!! But the main problem still occurring. Spent 3 hours with tech support to solve nothing. (3 hours) Total time wasted 18 HOURS!!!! Don't waste your time, find another carrier as I am doing now. read more

I want to give a special shout out to Kya and Mikhail. Kya was so helpful when I came in the first time around on looking to trade in my old iPhone for the new one. She was so polite and personable which I really appreciated. She submitted an order for my new iPhone and it got here in time. Mikhail helped me transfer the data from my old iPhone to the new one and although it did take a while for everything to transfer over, he was very patient and attentive. They lied to me with a promotion for me not to switch to ATT and I spoke with their so called "Leadership" team and they did not fix it for me. 2 managers lied that they will call me but they never did. I will cancel my phones and will go to ATT. I am so disappointed with T-MOBILE! Hi Yelp fans, welcome to the newly renovated T- Mobile corporate store located in Oceanside, Long Island. It's really great to be back here again. I love shopping at this place. Previously, I was an everyday customer, passing here several times daily, I couldn't help stopping by. Unfortunately a simple misunderstanding and unresolved disconnect with the previous Manager here stopped all our purchases at all TMobile locations and all JOD upgrades for 2 years. This was Unfortunate as I always stated that any business can only be as wonderful as their managements and staffing. Well, I'm back again and bringing the business of my family and associates along. T-Mobile has a wise policy that switches their management to other locations every few years. Passing recently, I noticed the car belonging to the former Manager was no longer in the parking lot ?? I braced myself for his issues as I went inside after 2 years. I was genuinely relieved, as he had been transferred away. Great! It's time to update equipment and spend some money. I developed a relationship with the new management and explained the reasons for my absence. The staff here was so kind and understanding. As a long time TMobile customer, my questions are not easy to answer, unless the staff really has exceptional product and service plan knowledge. I have 7 lines and need them all properly serviced with the most updated advice. Most importantly with us, customer service is of a #1 priority. Wonderful customer service is back here again in Oceanside. I'm happy to report. So very courteous here again with lots of smiles, unparalleled knowledge and a welcoming professionalism. Love it! Moving forward, I'll be upgrading all units for wife, my family and self. All the new store sinage here is big, bright and new. Lovin their big parking lot for easy parking providing a convenient shopping experience. It great to be back and have my business appreciated once again. Thanks also for reaching out to me recently via your phone representative, to thank me for my 5 years of business and to listen to my inputs. T mobile services is not working in Mexico. Not happy with the customer support service

I left in July to go to Visible because their prices are so good. I had a TMobile cell signal booster I forgot about because it never worked well. Their request for the return went to my spam. The next thing I know, I've been reported to a credit bureau. So TMibile tells me to return it to a store. The store refused it and said I owned it. I called TMobile again to find out what to do. They decided to send another label, which also went to spam, but I knew to watch for it. While waiting on the label email, TMobile took $150 from my bank account - without permission. TMobile has had the device since October 10, I still do not have my refund...this is after at least 5 follow up calls from me.​ read more

It's amazing that T-Mobile remains in business considering that most of their employees have an IQ on par with those of a hamster. Not only will you experience rude behavior from the T-Mobile employees at this location, you'll also have the pleasure of having your time completed wasted by people who know absolutely nothing about the product they're trying to sell you. You can tell by the dull stares on the faces of these mouth-breathing geniuses working here that they'd much rather be somewhere else. Eduardo was kind enough to replace my unlimited screen protector and in doing so, he broke my apple charging case ($129.00). His response was that he was unaware it was a charging case and I should call apple, when I questioned that I need to call apple, he said "do not speak to me like that, he was trying to help". I replied you are not helping, you are having me drive to the mall to go to the apple store for a new case that you broke. Update: I call apple. They do not cover accidental damage. I'm currently writing this review from my brand new Google Pixel 6 Pro that sales rep Chris helped me pick out today! He made me transition from Sprint to T Mobile seamless, easy, and was calm and collected with unexpected snafus along the way that he helped solve effortlessly. He also had me and my husband laughing the whole time we were in there (which was hours!!) as my service not only changed, but my move from a keyboard Blackberry to an all touch android. He was so in patient, kind, and efficient and i cant thank him enough! I'm used to the aggressive sales reps from Sprint, but now having this T Mobile experience I am so optimistic if i ever run into trouble, knowing this store is here and how friendly and helpful everyone was! read more

This place sucks. Their customer service is always lacking. Today was the worst when my 3 year old had to use the bathroom and they wouldn't let us. We actually begged and were denied. This branch in Oceanside is the worst. The store should get less than one star. The store manager Mark is incompetent and rude. He didn't want to accept a formal refund that corporate offered me on an iPhone. His staff indicated that the phone was eligible and he was contacted directly from corporate. He didn't seem to care or be concerned that a formal complaint was made to the FCC, BBB, and his district manager. Do your self a favor go to any other Tmobile branch. The RVC branch had no problem accepting my business and offering me the refund for my old phone. I am looking forward to having Mark berated by his boss and cooperate offices. read more

We have beenT-Mobile users for quite some sometime. We are in New York staying with some friends. They are on AT&T. We had quite a discussion about T-Mobile and their good service. So we went to the store maybe and help them with the process of changing their phones over. Process took a lot longer than we expected I had to go to the restroom so I asked one of the other lady there if I could use the restroom no it's only for I wanted to use the restroom I needed to go across the street to CVS. Sorry I didn't get this lady's name so I could report her to corporate. People like this should not be dealing with customers. read more

Don't use t-Mobile. It has been an absolute nightmare. I should have known when I saw that all the employees were under the legal drinking age. I signed up with these teenagers because they quoted their bills lower than Verizon AND they assured me that I would have coverage on my entire 1-hour work commute. They sold me a device for my car to increase coverage on my route. However, the device was actually intended to provide a wifi hot spot in your car, but only if there was t-Mobile coverage in the area. My commute picked up t-Mobile coverage for less than a third of the trip. Not only did they give me faulty information, but they failed to tell me that I only had 14 days to change my mind. I returned to t-Mobile a month later to close my account and go back to Verizon. Regardless of the fact that they were dishonest to get me to sign up with them (I asked, and yes he got a commission for signing folks on), they adhered to the 14 day period. I was forced to buy out my contract, totaling nearly $1,000. After I fulfilled my commitment to them, it still took six months of angry phone calls to finally be rid of this awful company. They kept trying to charge me for services I was no longer receiving and withhold money owed me. Some people just don't know how to run a successful business. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Lilianna & Fran were the worst sales reps I've ever encountered. I was sent there by Corporate. I've been in contact with corporate IT for 5 days and nothing worked and was told to get my BRAND NEW PHONE switched out- since it is defective. Soon as I called and let them know, she wasn't happy and insisted on me paying a restocking fee. After explaining to her that I don't, and its all in the notes, Lilianna said "I don't need to read the notes, I see your phone in front of me, and there's nothing wrong." I've been a TMobile customer for only 6 days, and it has been Such An Inconvenience. This escaladed to her threatening to call the cops if I don't leave, WHILE IM WITH MY 4 YEAR OLD!!! All I asked was for her business card. It made NO SENSE to Call the cops because I wanted the service I was Promised and a business card. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and she DENIED it! This was so unnecessary, and I hope she is fired for this horrible, embarrassing incident. I have a 2 minute video of her threatening me in front of my child. And I assure you, she Does Not make TMobile look good. read more

The wait is long sometimes depending on the time of day, but if you see a line of people can you really complain about waiting? Really good service and helpful employees the negative reviews just don't make sense. I've seen them let kids use the bathroom when needed (not sure what this other lady was going on about) but not one employee there is rude and I'm like a regular there. Usually helps to just let one of the reps know what you're looking to do and then they usually help out or multi task. Aside from the wait (which isn't rocket science, you can leave or stay) it's a very good staff. Always helping with any issue I have and being patient even when I seem frustrated. Really gotta give credit where credit is due and like I said some of these bad reviews make absolutely no sense (could be sabotage) read more

what a nightmare. they got me to switch 4 lines over to them two yrs ago right after I had just purchased a brand new fone from att. in no uncertain terms I told them..plz be sure my fone is compatible, I just paid for this fone. they assured me all the fones were compatible and even promised new freebie fones on some promotion. well..two yrs of horrible service, disconnects, static, not receiving calls, not receving messages..and calling tech support, going into their store..i am ready to leave tmobile and no one there ever told me..my fone was NEVER compatible. I found out bcus I went to a different tmobile in RVC and the staff there immediately told me..oh..your fone has nva been compatible. this was after I had gone to oceanside one more time and asked them..if I get a new fone, and I still have these problems..can I return the phone..because then I give up..the Manager told me..i would be charged a restocking fee AND I would not get the upgrade fee refunded. SOOOO stay away from this location..they scammed me into switching to them, never gave us the free fones we were entitled to AND they ported my brand new Samsung 6 active..and it was never compatible. they figured I would just buy a new fone and get over on me I guess. HORRIBLE way to do business..and the staff knew my fone was not compatible and all protected one another every time I went in..and gave me a major attitude every time I went in. Had one of the most horrible experiences here! I was thinking about buying a phone for my daughter and decided to come here for the first time (since I always go to the one in Freeport). I speak Spanish, and coincidentally was treated very nicely by Roberto, who spoke Spanish as well. I was getting all the information I needed UNTIL this girl comes out of nowhere and butts in. Her name was Franleslie. She is one of the rudest people I've ever met. She sent the other guy away and started "assisting" me. She acted so bored and rude. I had to give her all my information all over again. She insulted my choices and said rude things in English very fast so I wouldn't understand her. After a few minutes, a couple came in and she welcomed them soo happily and started asking me to hurry. I can't believe I was treated this way. I left the store as soon as I could, knowing I would never come back here. Does this mean that I have to be American to be treated nicely!!!! I DONT THINK SO!!!! read more
