I am really starting to rethink why do I bother coming to this place. Five agents in a store and I'm the only customer, no one greets me, but everyone sees me; so I assume because all their eyes were on me. I had to initiate conversation as if I were the employee. How rude and disrespectful. T Mobile needs to do better. Please hire people who will consistently deliver outstanding Customer Service; not just in the interview. This was an horrific experience.

I came in looking to see if there was any promotions as I am looking to upgrade 2 phones. She didnt even try to help me and got an attitude whenever I asked her any question. I asked was there any promotions she didnt even look at my account to see or anything just said no. I said do potentially know if any are coming up she just said no before i even finished the question. Then said we dont do promotions on those phones so. I then told her when i went to another tmobile some months ago they told me about a deal where you get like a watch free when you buy a phone or something. She goes you want a phone or a watch as we have watches I can sell you or phone. I tried explaining no the deal was with a phone upgrade she goes again you want a phone or a watch. I said phone she said ok then theres no promos. I also asked about the difference between two phones and she couldnt be bothered. Clearly working wasnt on her to do list today. At this point I was over the rudeness and lack of service so I left. I will go elsewhere where they actually help and talk to you about the benefits of each phone abd like there job or atleast do a good job pretending to.
