Tonight I dealt with "SAM" and "KIM". Besides being rude and condescending, they didn't make me aware of how I would save money. They were just concerned with ripping me off and charging the most and getting the most for the store . I said I would contact manager . They quickly got on the phone with manager trying to explain away their rudeness . Anyone who keeps these people on their staff is crazy. They way they spoke to us and other people who came in after us was horrendous. Never did I think to try T-Mobile as a phone carrier. I've always had AT&T. But after I have been wronged from AT&T for the last time, I decided to take my business elsewhere. The T-Mobile store I went to located in Patchogue is run by a team of wonderful woman. It's a breath of fresh air to see such young and professional group that love there job. As soon as I walked in they attacked me with, Hellos and welcomes." Before I bought the IPhone 6 Plus they showed it to me and explain to me more about Android phones. They even talked to me about there families and why they don't put the AC on in the middle of the summer (ask the girl in the store for the answer). They even set me up with the best plan and explained to my why it's good for me. I could have set up auto-pay but I didn't because I love going to the store to talk to these young ladies. I will always take good customer service over company loyalty. Walked in tonight and dealt with Kathy. I was treated very poorly. She was very eager to help until she heard that we weren't looking to purchase a new phone. At which point she walked away and began helping another customer instead. She came back to tell us they didn't stock a phone that we didn't ask for. When we told her we would just order it online she then got very rude and insisted that we couldn't buy it online- and that only she could order the phone in for us. There's another t-mobile store on route 112, maybe 3 miles away. I highly recommend that one. read more
