She arranged for my father to be brought from the rehab facility to the funeral home, which brought great comfort during such a difficult moment. Planning a service and making arrangements--especially choosing a casket and other details--was very emotional. Karen handled every step with patience and sensitivity. Throughout the process, Karen and her staff didn't feel like just professionals helping us--they felt like part of our family during one of the hardest times of our lives.
