Then hung up like a child...... We hired this company for a simple septic pump. They quoted a flat fee of $650. Made no mention of any other charges. When the man came to collect payment, he demanded only cash and asked for $750. When I mentioned I was quoted $650 " he said yeah, my wife doesn't know anything". He explained there are other charges that Come along with digging, and mixing, and other things that they may/will do. I mentioned very respectfully that its fine but noted it would be beneficial if in the future to explain these detail to clearly set expectations.
