DON't GO HERE and I'm so disgusted with T- mobile, I'm seriously considering to Consumer cellular. My bank from where I pay my monthly T mobile bill from on time,) just switched platforms and have sent email that they are having problems with the new platform. Although the payment was sent, T-mobile said they didn't get it and it's only 5 days late after being a customer with good credit for 6 yrs.,they are threatening to cut off service bering only 5 days late ,SERIOUSLY??? Someone keeps calling me but don't identify themselves as Tmobile so I don't answer. I called the 1-800 # and explained everything. The 1-800- number told me not to worry although I had to talk to 3 different representatives a few being rude and conflicting with information and directions as to how to proceed and remedy this problem. THIS T-MOBILE STORE- will not help you and tell you "we don't do that" or take a payment even though when you call T-mobile they tell you that any store should be able to help you with your account and take a payment. Stay away from here and switch to a different cell phone carrier with decent customer service like -Consumer cellular . read more

Wanted to bring 4 lines of service over for my business. The lady there was totally uninterested in helping. After the 2 customers ahead of me left frustrated, I'm not sure why I expected anything to go better for me. After about 20 minutes of staring at her tablet, she had me fill out a few forms which apparently led to some kind of issue and which point she said she couldn't help. No other managers or employees of any kind offered any assistance. And so I left just as annoyed as those before me. read more

Lay is efficient and super helpful. My husband only goes to this t-mobile store; they're clean, efficient, quick, knowledgeable and just cuts to the chase so we can just go on with our day there is also so much parking outside this plaza that makes our transactions much faster and easier. I was on the phone with t-mobile for 6 hours when I came in they solved my problem within minutes lol save yourself the hassle and come here instead! read more

This is the best T-Mobile location. Lay, the agent, goes above and beyond for his customers. He helped me in two separate occasions. Each time it all was solved by him. He has great knowledge of the service and products. read more

This is the second time my husband has been instructed by T-Mobile customer service (via phone) to go into any T-Mobile location for assistance; and for some reason this particular location and the same representative gives him excuses ("we don't do that here"). I spoke with T-Mobile (via phone) who stated that every T-Mobile location is equipped to assist you with everything pertaining to any device/service related to T-Mobile; so they are not sure why they are saying they can't do something. T-mobile customer service (via phone) highly recommended supporting a corporate owned location; instead of this one; which is a franchise. The first incident was when my husband upgraded his phone and they were supposed to assist him with transferring everything from his old phone to his new one. They told him he could do it himself at home. He could not because his old phone was an android and his new phone was an apple. We called T-Mobile. They stated that the phone should have been set up at the store. We ended up going to a phone tech place in Wynnewood and they did the transfer seamlessly with no problem. The second incident was today. T-Mobile (via phone) instructed us to take our trade-in directly to any T-Mobile location for a deferred trade-in, in the store. My husband went to this location and was told "we don't do that here." I reached out to T-Mobile...again. They stated they don't understand why this store refuses to process the request."They are equipped to handle it". They then stated that this location is a franchise; and to longer go there. They then gave me the address of a corporate location. All I ask is that this location be clear, and specific (on their website AND signage) about what they are willing to do AND what they are not willing to do when it relates to servicing T-Mobile customers in-store; so that customers time will not be wasted coming to this location. read more
