Awful customer service. I was in a few weeks back to purchase a new cell and accessories. A man was in line ahead of me. He was treated so rancid. He was the only Anglo in the place. The manager, woman, was speaking Spanish to the other staff about the man. She stated he was homeless and her dog was smarter. Really? Very Poor Customer Service. Have a defective device and I was told by Customer care to go there for an exchange. They called and verified the product was available before I went and gave me the address. When I went there, they register me, and I listed out why I was there. After waiting and when it's my turn, the same lady then told me she just sold the last piece and laugh. I was wondering why they told me to go, wait for the line and told me NOT available. It is totally waste of my time and bad customer care. If you ask some there, the item should be reserved. Will not recommend anyone to go there. read more

Stopped by to open a new account yesterday morning. I worked with LUIS. He absolutely messed everything up to the point where I had to call customer service for 1 hour while they fixed his errors. I suspect that these errors were intentional since he signed us up for extra insurance and the most expensive plans. I'm sure it uped his commission and he thought I wouldn't know until my first bill one month later. I will never use this location and be cautious when you allow LUIS to work your account. read more

Hi, After having a horrible experience at the T-Mobile inside of the Stonebriar mall in Frisco, I was happy to finally get the awesome customer service that I've gotten in the past. I must say that Romeo was a wonderful employee. He went out of his way to make sure that I understood everything, and he found the phone that I wanted (woo hoo)! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of, and I needed the phone pretty quickly because I'm a social worker and I couldn't be without a phone for long. Romeo was nice enough to sync my phone to my car, which would have taken me hours, but he did it in two minutes! Kudos to Romeo for being so funny, helpful and providing wonderful customer service. read more

TLDR: pretty dang helpful staff -- especially for a mobile operator store. Stopped in to get my Micro SIM cut into a Nano SIM, but they didn't do that. All good! I have mixed feelings for this retail store. At times, the staff may appear to be actually quite nice but this location really can get really occupied, that's when most staff are really cranky and don't like to properly answer your questions. But on the other hand, when the store is nice and quiet, staff can be generous, my last encounter was with the Assistant Manager, Victor, he was very kind in assisting me with my needs. Sorry ass customer service and employees at the Ave k location in Plano ....don't waste ur time going there, they are rude, no work ethics, and if they feel they can't help then that's it they look at u like why are u still here.... Attitude and they need customer service ethics, it's ridiculous. There are like 2 people there that are actually nice the rest need major work including the Manager. Not only do I wait forever every time I go there, they tried to tell me a product that I purchased wasn't defective....really really ? I purchased the product from them and it Effs up two times and they want to tell me they can't do anything about it. They made me go do the work when they get paid for not doing shit............I filed a complaint and got my stuff taken care of with excellent service at the 15th street location.
