They aligned the screen incorrectly so that when it was sealed, it was bearing pressure - eventually the screen gave way to a new crack after only a few days. The phone had been cased the whole time and never experienced any sort of impact. Dr. Evil Cell Phone refused to repair or refund - . It was obvious they had no clue what had happened .... Dr Smart Phone knew right away - they were able to clearly see that the crack was a result of a misaligned screen repair. Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). She took the time to show me different phones and the features on them. She was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. When I arrived at 8:00 on Friday the door was locked and there wasn't anyone there.
