I left different reviews to google maps as well. I have been dealing with this location since manager morgan overcharged me more than twice. than I had to deal with customer service. than loyalty department, than nunez jett who is just a warehouse guy but for some reason tried to take responsibility and didnt even follow up. I proved every single step that that made multiple mistakes but still couldnt get my full refund. they have been giving me $30-40 credits.

I have been with AT&T since 1993, never missed a bill, and have my entire family's wireless billing ($200/mont) and bundle of U-verse/internet/phone x over 15 years. 6/4/2018 - due to high cost of wireless service I was going to move my family to Sprint/Verizon. I was referred to retention department and told I can buy iPhone X and get iPhone 8 Plus for free without getting a new line. And also I would not be charged roaming fee to Canada/Mexico (I was going to Canada this week) 6/24/2018 - when I returned home I took my new phones to AT&T store location @ 3300 Dallas Pkwy #100 Plano TX 75093. I spoke with Lance McLaughlin whom I worked with for over 5 years and he told me I have a new line (need to pay full price for iPhone 8 if I don't keep this new line), I will be charged for the phone x 3 months, and that I can activate my iWatch for $5/month. On the phone with AT&T agent, I was also told if I decrease my plan my plan would be cheaper by $40/month 7/20/2018 - when I got my bill, my bill went from it's usual $200/month to $350/month! After hours of calling customer service, I was told there is a new line, iWatch is $10/month, and that my new plan with 4G less is $10 cheaper not $40/month and that Canada and Mexico was NOT included and even though my phone was off I got charged 50cents/text and roaming fee. I was then told by "Rose" that I would get $100 credit for ALL the lies I have been told. 7/24/2018 - when I didn't get my credit, another supervisor told me that I will not get my $100 and EVERYTHING I was told above, NONE of the things happened. As a consumer, I feel defeated...these conversations are recorded and notes are written, I have never been told so MANY series of lies and been treated like "abc" but "xyz" happening. I realize I am only ONE consumer with AT&T, but after being told my both retention and loyalty department, MANY MANY misleading information then to be stuck with a bill about $150 more than I was paying...and to waste hours of my time, I have no recourse but to elevate this in every way I can. I am sure that I am not the only one, but I've never experienced so many series of lies and there being NO accountability whatsoever to what I was promised.

Guys learn to work. Just don't be a dummy person who doesn't even care to attend customer who have been waiting. You guys don't even have a courtesy to say Hi when someone is been in your store for 15 mins and your busy talking about weather. Really super dump & stupid service. You guys needs to attend the training for customer service.

Went ahead and purchase from Amazon. Wanted to purchase from At &t because I wanted to add to cell plan and do add ons on site

This is a review I still cannot believe I'm writing. The events that occurred during my visit to…read morethis business are like nothing I have ever experienced in my life. On my initial visit it was a simple as a iPhone screen repair. I usually take my phone to my favorite place in Plano, but figured I'd give this place a try since its in Allen. I foolishly did not look at previous reviews, otherwise I would not have come here. I walk in and explain the problem. The screen won't come one and is just black. They fixed the screen, while they were much more expensive than the place I typically go to, the screen is repaired, and I leave with a working phone. A few days later, the screen goes black for no reason and has a line down the middle. Nothing was done to the phone to cause this. I bring the phone in and show him that the phone screen is blank with a line through it. He immediately starts ranting that I pressed the screen too hard, which makes no sense since the phones being used as normal and has been used as normal. This is pretty annoying, and I let him know that it is not normal for a screen to go bad because you think someone pressed too hard, its a poor excuse. I then look at the receipt and see that the receipt states there is a 60 day warranty unless the screen is cracked or there is water damage. I let him know this. Then he changes his story, and he tells me he thinks my screen is water damaged. At this point, he hasn't even looked at the phone or held the phone. I let him see the phone. While he's holding phone, I take a picture of him... I know I'm going to want to have this picture and I know I'm going to leave a bad review. He tells me don't take my picture or I'll keep your phone. I tell him give me my damn phone back, you can't keep my phone because you're mad at me. At this point, I'm pretty annoyed and I tell him he needs to fix my phone, he walks out of the room and goes back for a long while. Next thing you know the police are there. This is one of those situations where his level of escalation is inappropriate and just shows how far a dishonest person will go to justify their theft. Luckily, Allen Police Department is pretty awesome, I explained to the officers what occurred, they kindly explain to me that there is no recourse other than to have a report with call notes created by them. I got the report with notes from them, and from this point, I will take this to small claims court. So to be clear, I took my phone in for a repair, the repair worked for three days, then stopped, and the repair person tells me that it is my fault the repair did not work. He wouldn't fix the screen or refund me, and insult to injury, he called the police on me. This level of escalation is both irresponsible and dangerous. I will never shop here again, and will review anywhere I can to let the world know that if you have a repair done here, they will not back the product, will lie, and at some point may even call the police on you. What an embarrassment for a location like this to be in Allen.

I went asking to get my wife's phone screen fixed and he talked to my wife and me very disrespectfully. The tall dark skined heavy accent gentleman was very unprofessional. This place were my wife and I were disregarded and treated like we don't understand or like we are incompetent. Very poor customer service by his part ( store owner "manager")."Paul O. The ONLY decent employee was a small short female that i had talked to a few days prior and she was very respectful and super helpful definitely would recommend if SHE AND ONLY SHE WAS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE in that establishment. Other wise,honestly your better off going somewhere else were they care for the customers.

SPLAT was the noise my daughters phone made when she dropped it outside by the pool... SCREEN…read morecracked... My wife and I were made and on came the lectures. "The phone cost a lot of money, you need to take better care, etc etc etc" Then low and behold, a week later, SPLAT goes my wife's phone... SCREED cracked... I took both phones on different days to get them fixed at uBreakiFix, and the results were incredible. First of all, they respect the rules of social distancing by making sure they all wear masks and no more than three customers in the building at once. On top of that, they take the care to speak to what the problem is with the phone and what they will do to fix the problem. End of the story is, after being repaired, and it's been over a month, both phones are perfect with no issues. I feel better knowing that if I break my expensive investment, there's a place that will take the time and provide an excellent service to repair my investment back to normal. Now, when I see my daughter making her Tik Tok videos outside by the pool, I'm less apt to yell a warning of "don't break your phone" since I know worse case scenario, it's a repair, not a replacement.

These people won't disclose any conditions to their repairs and replacements and wont make it documentable. My first mistake was even going back to the place the first time when they were 30 minutes late to open the store ,just unprofessional people running a circus.
