They treated me well at that place as well as when I've had to deal with them over the phone.

Positives: store was clean and quiet. Negatives: the entire experience Called to check for a product before driving to store, was placed on hold multiple times, got to the store (16minutes later) and was still on hold so I hang up and just go inside to ask. No one acknowledges me until I walk to the back of the store and go near one of the associates helping another customer. After about 3 or so mins an associate goes to the back and comes out with another associate who then just walks over to me and stares....Where is the customer service??!! This was absolutely horrible. I explain to him I came in for this product and he just looks at me. I then have to prompt him with "do you have it?" Then he says he'll go check. Will absolutely never return to this location. I've never had this level of incompetence in any T-Mobile store. And this store was not packed. It's the middle of the day on a Tuesday. There were only two customers in store when I walked in. Zero reason this encounter should have been so. These associates need retraining asap. read more

Had to make a return of my old phone since I upgraded and unfortunately had to come to the closest tmobile which ended up being this one. I walked in and could tell by the way it felt, it wasn't going to be enjoyable being in here. I came around lunchtime and there were 4 workers, one of which was talking to a friend and none of them even acknowledged me walking in. I stood around, fiddling with my phone waiting to be helped. When a couple of the workers were free, they didn't say anything, still, and went into the back, disappearing. Finally after fifteen minutes, it being acknowledged whatsoever, a worker finally came over, looking like he had so many better things to do and said "what do you need today" in the most unenthusiastic tone. I said I needed to return my jump on demand phone and could tell he got upset he wasn't going to make a sale because his mood seemed to get even more upset. After he took my phone and began the return, not one word was said to me for fifteen minutes while he walked back and forth trying to get his manager to help the return go through. Finally he walked away and returned with the receipt showing I returned it and said "here you go" and that was it, walking away to go talk to his coworkers about the group chat they are in. I hope I never need to go back to this location and agree with all the other reviews of this place. Avoid it if you don't desperately need to go to a tmobile, take the drive down the road to the mall and go there. read more

In March of 2020 I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and it was a HUGE mistake. I may be paying less money that I was at Verizon, but I'm getting less service, both network wise and customer service wise. This past week they replaced my Samsung Galaxy S20+ due to numerous network issues. Over several months I went to five different T-Mobile stores, plus a tech center to have the issues assessed or attempts to be repaired. It was reprogrammed twice and had a total of FIVE different sim cards installed from both the Sprint network and T-Mobile...I'm still having issues and asked for them to payoff my phone, which is about $450 or let me out of my lease and I'll give them the phone back. As far as customer service over the phone, it's always overseas with a person who is difficult to understand, trained to say, "I'm sorry" about every 10 seconds, then put you on hold and blind transfer your call where you have to start all over again and HOPE your call doesn't get magically disconnected. As far as going to an actual T-Mobile store, it's hit or miss. Some are serious and empathetic with your situation and other locations seem like high schoolers are running the store and only care about selling new phones because they work on commission. I'm done with T-Mobile. read more

Customer service at this place is at an all time low. You walk in and someone says hello. Nevertheless, the leave you standing up for 10 minutes, without anyone signing you in. After 15 minutes of waiting, one worker comes in the building from a break. I guess. Then a customer comes in and it looks the same as a 2 minutes air period. Then the work rt that just comes in wants to service the guy that came in a minute ago. I walked up to the counter politely, and said, sir I was here before them , waiting patiently, I just want to make sure we go in the correct order. He said ok. What's your name. I gave it and sat down. Two minutes later they called the other guy first. I'm heated , after being there for 20 plus minutes and dude put the other couple first. Even after I spoke to him , in front of that customer and they agreed without saying a word. So I politely walked back up to the counter and said sir. That's not gods for good customer relation. He it's only 5 minutes or so , someone will be with you. I said I don't that kind of time. So I left the building, and now I will be transferring my service to a new company. Horrible service. There was 5 employees in the store and only one gentleman was helping customers the rest were inside what seemed to be the break room for an hour. While more customers kept coming in they just kept signing them in with no help. Didn't make sense at all. Would not recommend this store. Waste of time read more

I had my cell phone stolen and went to this store to buy a new one. I told Serena I wanted to replace it with the exact phone I had and she assured me that was what she was selling me. I paid for the phone and when I got home I realized it was a 128 GB. I previously had a 256 GB. When I went back in to switch it out with the correct 256 I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee. I asked to speak with a manager since I should have been sold the 256 in the first place and I was told the manager only works on Fridays. Since I work on Fridays, the assistant manager told me he would speak with the employee that sold me the phone and then took my information and he would call me to follow up. (I guess he didn't believe my side of the story??- ... ok... fine, but... I never heard from him so now I have wasted multiple hours and I still have the wrong phone. I'm extremely frustrated that this store is unable to help me fix a mistake that they made... the assistant manager didn't seem to care at all. read more
