Did not have a good experience with this location. This is not an emotional review, just the facts. You decide if you want to deal with them or not. Brought a ebike in on a Wednesday for a diagnostic($60), bike battery had fallen off and I wasn't sure if it was damaged or if it was a loose wire. I also told them what needed to be changed (front tire and back brakes) and then I left the bike. Called Friday to get an update, the worker said they would call me Saturday. No call on Saturday. Sunday they are closed. Monday I call them at 10:30am, the guy says he needs to call me back in 2 hours because its still in diagnostic. I've had surgery that took less time. After 3 bours I decide to drive to the location to retrieve the bike. Shouldn't take this long, and I didn't like the lack of communication. He calls while I'm in route and gives me a $150 price but that doesn't cover the front tire nor the back brakes that i requested (he didn't even know that they needed to be changed). He was going to charge $70 for a front tire on top of the $150 for the battery (that doesn't include the price for the back brakes that I never received). When I asked if the $60 diagnostic fee would go towards the price, I was told it was already added. So my $399 ebike was going to cost almost $300 to get fixed. Make it make sense. So I asked for the bike back so I can take it somewhere else. I was told to come back in 2 hours. So I'm out of $60 and a week without the bike. read more

Brought a computer to do a diagnostic on it for $60 at Techy Sunrise. They said the hard drive was blown. I brought the computer in and it was functional and it turned on and got it back and it would not start up. They didn't given bother to check the computer when they gave it to me the first time. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to sell it to them. This is a Apple Mac computer. I brought back the computer and they said the technician will work on it and its been 1 day and promised to call yesterday and never did and when I called back today they didn't even pick up the phone and it went to voice mail. I left a very stern message with bad words because they are frustrating me and not doing the right thing. I called back and the person on the phone told me calm down 4 times and be patient. Its funny they messed up the computer after I brought it in and now I am the guilty person who needs to calm down. Back in 2020 this same company did great by me and something changed and that is why I am changing my review. read more

Do not use this place! Brought them a WORKING tablet , just needed a cracked screen repaired. They blew the motherboard and now the tablet won't work at all. They refuse any compensation. They said take the shattered tablet back and we will only give you sour money back for the screen they couldn't even fix. We are worse off then we originally started with. really enjoyed their customer service Representative Jeremiah, and they took good care of my Ebike. Routine maintenance was done on it and the issue was taken care of, and four days, which is reasonable. They texted me a quote,fixed the bike. My only issue was I was never really told what the issue with the bike was, or given any explanation. The communication was all done via text messages. so I cannot really comment about their service charge amount. I am happy with their work and even though I live in Dade County, I would definitely take my bike there be serviced or worked on. read more

Today is a Friday night. 3 days ago, my Iphone had dropped out of my bag onto a street and got run over by a car. The glass looked like a spider web and the phone didn't work. I immediately ordered a new phone but wasn't going to be here until today, I was lost w/o a phone. I went on line last night and thru Thumbtack I found a store that fixes Iphones, At midnight last night I had chats going back and forth with a woman iI believe named Maria. Even now I have no idea if she owns the company or this is a franchise store, but i set up to come in at 10:00 this morning. I got there at 9:45 but she wasn't there but I was greeted by a personable young man named Guillermo (sp?) He said Maria would be in later but he saw all the notes that Maria and I had discussed the night before as he was reading her notes on the computer. That alone told me these people are on the ball. I described what had happened and was told that he had seen worse. He went over all the potential costs, including a $30.00 diagnostic fee, if my phone (Iphone8) couldn't be fixed,I found that to be totally fair and reasonable. He asked me if I could come back in an hour while he checked it out. That was perfect for me because the shopping center they are located in had a Bagelland where I was able to relax and have breakfast. I came back at 11:00 and it fixed and looked brand new. he took the time to show me the old screen and what had been damaged and needed replacing. I then decided to buy some accessories that he gave me a discount. He then showed me why I had a screen locking problem and fixed. I was out of there by 11:15. Though the store was 15 miles from where I live, knowing what i know now about them, I'd have driven a lot further. I understand they repair almost all electronic gadgets etc. and all I can tell whoever is reading this, I have never seen a company act so professional, accommodating, thorough, fair in what they charge and simply put, if you go anywhere else to have any device repaired, you will wish you had followed my lead. I had an inkling they were good because I think I saw last night that they had a 5 star rating from about twenty some odd reviews. Like I said, Guillermo and Maria deserve 10 stars for how I was treated.....from last night thru this morning, In fact, I brought an old Iphone 10 that I haven't used in 2 years to get serviced so now I'll have a back up. read more
