The store manager Mohamed is a fraud. I have a long list of lies he gave me in 3 different visit! I went to the repair center to get my iPhone repaired. They informed me that I needed to send my phone out for repair and they would give me a loner! He then gets that phone set up and once I got home which is an hour away I found out the storage on the phone wasn't enough! While I was at the store I wanted to add my daughter to my plan and use an unlock iPhone. He helped me unlock the phone and then set this one up also. I get home and she can't call anyone. I call him and he said I have to come back. So the next dat I return to the store and he informs me he has another loner phone I can use (great!) But my daughters phone does not connect to sprint network and he doesn't know why! He kept pushing me to "upgrade" her phone and get her a new one! I took it to another sprint store and sure enough they had no problem getting it on the network! They said he probably wasn't making his numbers for the day and was trying to sale to us! However, I just ordered a new iPad and the iPhone 12! Lastly, I come back to pick up my repaired phone my case and screen protector are gone! He first tells me that it's a new phone which I knew was NOT TRUE! I asked the tech that called me last week if it was repaired or replaced. I also had the paperwork in my hand that showed it was repaired! He then goes and gets me a new screen protector but swears I didn't leave my phone case! He was all over the place And even called to see if I forgot to leave the other loner phone. Everything about this guy is a fraud! As I was waiting to be checked out I was perusing around the store and I could hear the other employees being very respectful. Even one employee offered to open the door for an elderly woman. I went to this store and upon entering the store contacted a greeter a young man about 25 yrs old. I told I needed a new otter box and showed him my otter box which needed replacing as the rubber was stretched. He asked what type of phone I had and told him showed my iphone 12. He insisted that i open the phone and wanted me to hand the phone over to him. I told no and just stated i needed a new otter box not have him "open" my phone . Charged my son a $50 restocking fee for a flip phone, he returned 3 days after buying, and which he was charged a $35 "set up" fee, for which he never signed or authorized such restocking fee. Amaya was rude and hung up on me. Said she had "video evidence". Jaysen was original salesperson who said phone could be returned and no mention of restocking fee. We have the written contract: no signature period by my son consenting to any such restocking fee. A $50 restocking fee for a $100 flip phone! Are you kidding me?! Will now file a report with BBB and contact City of Pleasanton Consumer Affairs and Chamber of Commerce. We already purchased 4 phones and service plans from this Verizon store location before "Russel Cellular" took over. Beware customers. Pretty bad customer service. Both customer service agent and store manager was not willing to help activate our phones because we were former sprint customers. They put the sim cards in the wrong phones and told us it does not matter. Told us to go home and set up phones ourselves due to their Wi-Fi being slow. LIAR LIAR LIAR!! FALSE PROMOTION TRA This store employees are big liars and I would suggest you to please stop visiting this store on Rosewood Dr, Pleasanton. There are other stores in Dublin, Livermore and San Ramon that you should get cellphone services. I bought 2 brand new lates iPhones and traded in my iPhones with a promotion going on in Dec 2019. The staff lied to me about the promotion, the promotion they promised vs. the actual promotion (that was shared with me by store manager Oscar today) was totally different. The irony is that when I went back in February 2020 to check that I wasn't receiving the credits back to my monthly bills as per promotion promised, they asked me check in couple of months to get those credits back. I stopped by store today (after the SIP) and the manager told me the promotion was totally different from the promotion that was shared with me back in Dec 2019. The manager was almost like telling me FO on my face for not providing any help. Not even a little sympathy of helping a customer to some extent. Didn't expect this from a #1 internet service provider (as they mention in their ads). No customer service whatsoever! The store (particularly the store manager named Amy) lied about a bunch of promotions. For example, she said if we bought $600 in accessories and ported-in three new lines (from AT&T), we would get a $600 rebate. However, in reality, we didn't have to buy any accessories in order to get the rebate....the only requirement was to port-in the lines (from AT&T). She told a bunch of other lies as well, like saying we also had to purchase some tracker device in order to get the $600 rebate. It's clear that she has to meet a quota for accessory sales and tracker device sales, but still, it's highly unethical to lie to customers.... It took months for T-force (the Twitter customer service) to sort things out. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 star is because T-force was excellent at resolving the issues. Make sure you get the exact promotion number (and verify it exists online) before trusting anything this store says (especially before signing a device purchase agreement). The manager Amy tells incorrect promotions and is in general unknowledgeable about the promotions. She has no business being a T-mobile store manager. read more

Went to this store to get my phone unlocked and the unprofessional immature employees simply regurgitate what they have been programmed to say. I own the phone and they are holding is hostage, so I can't use this phone to get a service that actually works at my home. I switched from Verizon to T Mobile and OMG...what a difference in customer service. I worked with Linda and she was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me. Store hours outside clearly display closing at 8PM and online as well for December 19th yet the 2 associates working inside didn't seem to know that. I came to the store around 7PM and offered to come back tmrw but they let me into the store after some discussion that I needed some help upgrading to the new iPhone 13. I was patient enough to wait for about half an hour before one of the associates was free just to be given piss poor attitude. She had an earpiece in the entire time during our interaction and talking to someone on the other end: "every time I look up there's another customer walking in like we haven't been closed for the last hour nd half. I swear to god if I don't make it to Target before they close..." I've worked in retail customer service long enough to know that anyone with a pea of a brain wouldn't say that right in front of the customer. Sorry that you have to work such a miserable job but you're employed at you're own free will. Didn't end up going through with the phone since there is a 1 Month + Delay with no ability to cancel if I source the phone from somewhere else earlier. Yes! I would give a million stars if I could. I walked in and the two amazing gentlemen, Luis and Marques ask how they can help. I said I wanted to switch to t-mobile from Sprint because sprint sucks. Marques used to work for sprint and we had a great conversation about how they suck. Both were total professionals and made the switch a breeze. The store was clean and extremely well organized.
