The manager Matt Flobette set up my line, promised an activation fee waiver, 250$ in bill credits as a promotion on the website, and a 25% discount for healthcare (all on at&t website) I also declined device protection. Upon receiving a $200 bill, none of these fees were waived, none of the discounts were applied, and I was charged for device protection. I contacted at&t customer service who graciously helped waive the activation fees, applying the discounts, and dropped the device protection but was told I had to go back in the store to have the 250$ in bill credits as it was promised by the manager (matt), and it was nowhere in my agreement with at&t. I went back in store, and it was brought to Matt's attention that it was an online promotion only, and he declined to provide the promised service (as it would come out of his paycheck for making the mistake of promising an online promotion only). Furthermore, I brought my watch over, and he failed to activate my number to at&t service despite having the plan on my line, I have spent more than an hour collectively on the phone with at&t to undo these mistakes. In short, nothing was as promised. You are better off ordering a phone and creating an account over the phone with the reps. Going in-store was pretty useless.

Can't reset my Apple ID on it etc..and only solution is to drive 1-1/2 hours to maybe get it done same day.. or mail it and hope it doesn't take many days.. and you still will end up with non OEM phone parts and this gets logged in the service history. The guy there is nice enough even said they send your old screen parts to make new aftermarket parts in NJ. Perhaps the harvest to make more valuable parts is the point of this place. Maybe not as will see what happens tomorrow as he's going to call owner and find out what he can do to help fix this terrible situation. My phone screen also freezes with black and green lines going vertical. This means the motherboard was damaged or there is now water inside the phone. The guy wanted me to leave my iPad without any receipt of dropping it off. When I refused he then said I could order the glass ahead of time. About 25% of the screen does not work for the touch features in a large strip across the screen after repair. When I called the guy who "fixed" my devices, he didn't even offer a refund. He just said the parts are not genuine Apple parts. Now I'm wondering if this can even be fixed at the Apple Store. Hundreds of dollars paid to damage my devices. You've been warned.

Matt, the owner of CCP, does not know I am writing this nor did he solicit me to write this in any way. Matt worked for my company as a contract Computer Field Technician in our area for 2 years. Matt is a very skilled technician. One of the best, if not the best, we ever had do work for us. He serviced hundreds of our customers without a hint of a complaint. In fact he had nothing but positive reviews and customers still ask for him. I found him to be honest, fair, and worked with a high degree of integrity. When he left us to go "on his own", which we were fully aware from day one was his eventual intention, it was on the very best of terms. Matt never solicited any of our customers to "steal" them for his company. That alone ads proof of his high level of integrity and shows the confidence he has in is own abilities. Anyone saying Matt is not of the highest honor and follows fair business practices would have a hard time convincing me.

Allan installed a SS hard drive as well as cleaned up all other functions and loaded a malware killing program.. The thing is a rocket ship !
