I paid in cash directly to an employee, with the supervisor sitting right next to her at the same desk. I was told I'd receive a confirmation email for the payment and was handed a small, unofficial receipt. However, I never received any email confirmation, and I'm still getting the same bill from AT&T saying I owe the balance. When I returned to the store to resolve the issue, I spoke with the supervisor. He told me he couldn't find any record of my payment--only that my account still shows the balance due. It seems my payment may have been credited to the wrong account, but he said there was nothing he could do and that I would have to pay again.

The store was pretty spacious i did think they would have much more inventory but i know the "hype" models are hard to keep in stock and manufacturers don't exactly produce them heavily ie. GX7 cannon. We just got into shooting and have a a6400 but are in the market for the gx7 as a slightly smaller travel one. Theres many pocket options that look straight out of the 2000s not much seem to have changed on them except price and a few more mp available. Now if they don't have something in stock, you could put down a card for preorder and they'll call and charge you when it's in. Great spot!

They did say that they could order it for me and to expect a 1-2 month wait but that it would be shipped to me if I did want to place the order. Though I haven't decided yet if I want to go through with ordering the camera yet, it's good to know that I can order it from here for retail price! The attendant ignored us while she was texting on her phone and after a few minutes, asked us "hey, what do you want?" After we explained what we were there for she just said "sign this" I had to ask her for explanation of what's going on multiple times before we agree to sign anything. She begrudgingly explained the process as if she was annoyed by us bothering her. Again Kay's as a company is fine but this location just has uninterested and unprofessional attendants (specifically the attendant Alexis).
