I just went to the Tmobile store and was given wonderful assistance by Bay, the store manager. I have had wonderful experience with Tracy - really exceptional and the reason I purchased the Apple Watch and brought my sister to purchase an iPhone. Bay was wonderful in managing the clients ahead of me, giving time estimates for when he would be able to work with me. He found the phone I needed and also was able to backup my data perfectly. Bay made the transition of 2 cell phones including data transfer for my sister with an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 11. It was not so straightforward as it might appear, considering software upgrade differences. There are other Tmobile's to choose from. I was very satisfied and impressed with the assistance and recommend this store. Ask for Bay. read more

Do not go to this T-Mobile store. They do not treat customers with respect. I've had multiple issues with my T-Mobile account, and even though I made an appointment, the representative I was supposed to see was never available. There were employees in the store, but they kept telling me they couldn't help and asked me to come back later. This has happened three times already. When I called T-Mobile Customer Care, they told me the problems were caused by the retail store and that the store had to fix them. But when I go to the store, the staff avoid taking responsibility and keep sending me away. Meanwhile, Customer Care keeps telling me to go back to the store. I'm extremely frustrated by being sent back and forth with no one willing to take ownership or solve the problem. This has been a very disappointing customer service experience. read more

Never ever use this store. They deliberately and deceptively padded the T-Mobile bill with extra lines and equipment. They told me things were complimentary that weren't really complementary. It took T-Mobile two months to straighten out the deceptions of this store. read more

This is the worst T-Mobile store, because they are independent. T-Mobile in Roslyn is much better because it is owned by the corporation. The people at this store only care about commission and don't care about putting in the effort to satisfy the customer. We returned the home internet, and on the side of this, they tried to sell us some promotional devices that they said were "free". However, we found out they never completed the return and still charge us for the home internet, as well as they are charging us for the "free" tablet that they gave us. Do not trust them. T mobile is a great company, but people like them are the ones that give it a bad name. read more

I brought my tmobile Internet device to them to return to tmobile, they harassed me, gave me a super hard time and then initiated the return. They clearly did not want to do any extra work I bought a case for phone to be polite for their time. Now I find out they initiated the return with a receipt but never returned it and tmobile is charging me for their fraudulent dealings. What kind of place does this? They are not to be trusted I am so angry, and will continue with this until it is settled. read more

Cel phone doesn't work at my house in Port Washington. I needed to get a device to use at my home to make my phone work. I am now being charged a fee for a missing part to this device. T-Mobile people in store totally unhelpful. Didn't even try and help. They told me to call Custer service. A waste of time. read more

Went here to switch over from AT&T and get the iphone 7, really quick and easy didn't have to wait long and the costumer service was excellent, plus the network is amazing and for the price you really can not complain. Plus if i have any problems they get solved in a matter of minutes. read more

Today I was the person taking up the salesperson's time. I ordered online and they messed up everything. Tracy in the store took the time to clean up my account and work with the phone customer service team to clear up my account. It took her about an hour and she was still able to assist other customers as well. Regardless of how I like T-MOBILE or not she was excellent and a great change from standard store personnel. Came here around lunchtime on a weekday to get some info about possibly switching my carrier to T-Mobile. The store was empty besides the one customer who was being helped by the sales associate. She did not acknowledge me, even when I was standing besides her, waiting to be helped. No "I'll be right with you", or even a "hello". I stood there awkwardly for about ten minutes without so much as a glance, then left the store. I'll stick with Sprint, who actually cares about their customers. read more

I was lied to regarding the quality of a phone case. I was told it was as high of quality as an Otterbox, but boy was I wrong. A plastic bag would have given more protection than the phone case sold to me. My phone with the lightest impact stopped functioning. Case Closed...do not listen to a word anyone says at this store. I recently purchased a Samsung S10, trading in my S7 and Tracy was extremely helpful in getting me all set up.

Brought my Galaxy 5 into my local T-Mobile because it wasn't charging even after I got a new battery. The charging port was damaged. After a long wait, the salesperson looked at my phone and said it was damaged, and I could get a newer phone thru insurance, which I did. So a few days later I came in again with the newer phone. Waited 25 minutes and the same salesperson told me he could not transfer the info from my old phone to my new phone because my old phone could not be charged because of the damaged charging port. Soooo his solution was to send me to iFix Screens, which was nearby (and great to work with by the way!). iFix had me leave my phone overnight and they took out my battery and used another customers Galaxy 5 to charge it with. I initially suggested that solution to T-Mobile in Port Washington, and he said my phone was "sooooooo old and no one has a Galaxy 5 anymore." Really!? At this point I wanted to check with Verizon, Sprint or any phone carrier other than T-Mobile. The customer service at this location was horrible. You walk in, you wait, the music sucks and there is no "hello" or "welcome" when you come into the store. They either don't want to help or can't figure out a solution so they send you off to someone else. Luckily there is a T-Mobile near where I work in Mineola, NY. If you want real customer service, pleasant shopping experience, valued as a consumer and want to continue with T-Mobile service, skip the store in Port Washington and go to Mineola. Chris is the owner of the Mineola location, and he and his team made me feel welcome as soon as I came into the store. They greeted each and every customer, and the music is so much better at the Mineola location. Instead of being annoyed by the music, it had a calming effect. I have learned that not all T-Mobiles are the same. Skip the Port Washington location and head to Mineola and see Chris and his team. read more
