They ordered the parts, and it was a couple of weeks, and the parts never came so Asad had some time, and he repaired the motherboard by replacing some components which he tested to be bad. Identifing and replacing components is a difficult task, I know because I have been in IT most of my career. So kudos to Asad. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.

They are quite busy and were up front about the amount of time it would take before they could look at my amp (about 4-6 weeks), but I was not in any hurry, so I left a deposit and my amp. Brought in 2 laptops to be repaired. One was something that they couldn't fix because the laptop…read morewas a but old, fine. My problem with my other laptop was the GPU fan had stopped working. I asked for a quote before anything was done and they told me $150. I seemed hesitant and that's when the other worker from inside the office (owner or manager?) came out and tried to convince me it would take a few hours of labor and they would have to apply new thermal gel(I later found out this was not a huge deal). This seemed a little fishy to me so I told them I would think about it and left with my items. Forward to a week later, I ordered a new fan from amazon, costed me $16 and VOILA!, problem fixed in about 40 minutes. Moral of the story, do your homework before you take your electronics anywhere to get fixed to avoid getting hustled.
