Today I placed an online order and used the advertised 15% off code. Woohoo! I completed my order and immediately got a call from the store informing me they were not participating in the discount, but they would offer the online 10% discount. I was told to cancel and re-place my order using the 10% off. OK. That stinks but the fine print did say "participating stores." I informed them that I did not have the ability to cancel my order so someone else called back to tell me she could cancel my order on their end and I could reorder, but she didn't know the 10% off code and I couldn't find it. I asked if it could be applied if I just came to the store. She said they could only do 5% if I was military! My niceness wore off and I said, "I find it hard to believe that after the inconvenience of not offering the advertised discount that you can't manually give me 10% off." She she'd she would try and figure it out. My son went in to get the batteries and received the 10% off and they were very kind to him. But seriously, there should be a way to opt out of the 15% online offer and also I should not have had to lose my temper to get the 10%. I will be back to this location. As I said, we have had positive service before. I just hope this review is seen and a better process is put in place. I am also now waiting for my refund from the cancelled order.

There have been a few hiccups over the years, but it's been minimal. This is probably my favorite Verizon store that I have been to. It's very nice and modern-looking, and the employees here are always super friendly. I recently came here to upgrade to the iPhone X and it was a very easy process. We were also able to get a bundle deal where I received a screen protector, case and portable charger all for $80. They can be a bit pushy with some of their promotions, and a couple of them offered the same promotion for two different prices, but it's whatever. Business is business. I ended up getting two pairs of earrings from different parts of the store and they moved with me until I was happy with the way the earrings looked together.
