We had a knight in shining blue and white rep Mason come out, with IPad in hand and ready to fight. We sat down on the Knights round table and we decided on some phones...and plans to defeat the evil Verizon...and we conquered. However, the evil Verizon sent their red magic to the shining blue and white and the couple had to go back and spend an eternity to gather new battle plans. The knight stayed after hours to help this couple from the Verizons red evil ass magic...and that was awesome. The couple lived...so far, kinda happily ever after...cause nothing is forever lmao. Basically. The store on Lewis and Clark pwky was the bees knees and Mason, Matt, Jeffy were fucking amazing. I had problems porting over numbers from Verinazi....*cough*, Verizon I meant, and it was a whole issue that lead to 3 hours of me at the store. The price tags are a bit outrageous, but Anthro regularly has decent sales and sales sections. On my most recent visit, all the holiday items were steeply discounted, for example. Second, your money might stretch a bit farther if you shop in the home section. You could find some signature mugs or plates that you'll use for years to come that aren't *that* expensive. Then suddenly the day of the tour, literally an hour before they called and canceled. They informed me that the director would call me later to reschedule. It never happened. I called daily for a week to try to get sometime scheduled. They never called or emailed me back. When I finally got through almost a month later, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, and suddenly they were full and the wait list was over a year long. Mike is da man! So…read moreI recently had my iPhone 11pro's battery replaced here. After the service, I noticed that my phone started making a strange colicky noise. Two staff members thought it was haptic vibration but my phone never made that noise before. I asked for a full refund, which they complied without any hassle. When I returned to the store the next day to get my phone back with the original battery, Mike explained to me he found a problem in the phone. As I suspected all along, he told me it was a loose screw. He tightened it for me just in case I wanted to keep their new battery. The service was very professional. I don't usually like to exchange opinions back and forth with sales technicians. I almost didn't go back because of it. I'm glad I did.
