The tech that I talked to at the store was absolutely rude! He acted like he knew all and he knew nothing!

These have to be downright the rudest employees I have ever had the misfortune of speaking with, not only are they rude to you, they scam you. I was on the phone with them for 3 hours & spent 4 hours inside the store waiting & at the end of that whole ordeal, which did literally nothing by the way, I ended up with a 60$ charge to my card on top of the 75& I spent prior. I have no idea why they charged me again please if you can help it never go here. Thanks. read more

I'm only updating my review because I just found out this man not only lied to me and signed me up and sold me products claiming they were free. I received my paperwork for the insurance I told him I did not was and he sold me anyway. He also never filed the paperwork that I returned the items he lied about the next day. This was the worst retail experience I have ever had. Greg, the manager, lied to me and approved a staff member who told me I could get a package that included two devices for "free" combined with the phone. The bill was 2x what I had agreed to. The whole story is too long and painful to include, but he advised me wrong in the end, even though I confirmed multiple times a plan would work. It left me with two phones I could not return and one that could not be activated. Greg is a combination of running a scam and incompetence. I got a resolution working with Xfinity. read more

Be aware that the salesman receive commissions on what they sell, will offer their personal cell number for "if you have any problems " will tell you this is the best "promotion we have right now. but at the end of the day your bill will more than double and all the time on the phone is a total waste of everyone's time cause too bad we got your money . And on top of that they don't do on the spot trade ins . T-Mob will mail you a box and you take care of it, w then gets lost and you have to do all the work and will not get the promised credit for the new phone read more

Great staff, totally professional and super smart guys! They can fix anything. The keep a good sense of humor too. Lots of people use the store. Staff is short handed but this doesn't impact the great service you will get from, Berny, Anthony and Dany. Great store and my cell phone now that I have a new phone is the best in Delaware in my opinion. read more

One of the many visits I've had in the past. Just trying to get current 5G standalone SIM cards, workers left us to chat with each other in the storefront while we waited for their computer to load. Came back in 10 minutes computer still not loaded, gave us the SIM cards for free and told us to do it ourselves. Then why did I come to the store!? This was the first bad experience I've had at this store and I may be leaving T-Mobile over this. Love the service but any comically bad costumer experience is frankly unacceptable. read more

Went there Saturday and they said there internet is down and there is nothing we can do for you. Called Wednesday and asked if their internet was up and they said yes. Drove 45 minutes and the internet was down. The most incompetent employee ever made a little effort to help us on the iPad, but made every excuses why he could help us. I could go on and on. They connected my phone service to the wrong phone number. I misplaced the phone and cannot find it because I do not know what number they registered it under. I am canceling it tomorrow. Don't waste you time with them, they also do not answer the phone. read more
