His customer service skills were below par, and I would never advise anyone to do business at this corporate metro PCS office. Follow my advice and go to the corporate office on 116th and Lexington that's where I went today and got the most superb help, and the people on Lexington avenue are just genuinely kind. Nothing we can do about it" $250. And it was only dropped to $250 because I complained. There's no way the pump should have died after 6 weeks. Even if I did laundry 24/7 - it's unacceptable. Only 30 days warranty on parts or labor. A quick amazon scan of the box showed it was a $24 part with a manufacturers warranty if 180 days. So, why only 30 days. Beyond unacceptable. Stay away.

First it was they only have one phone left. When I said I would take that then they said the computer was down that they use to transfer service. They had such a nasty attitude and the representatives were rude. The manager acted as if he didn't want to be there and kept walking in the back. The manager is not assertive and seemed like he was trying to avoid helping as well. I assumed they didn't know what to do because they gave me the run around. I went to the store on Francis Lewis in Hollis and they got me set up with a new phone in less than 15 minutes.

The world is simple if one can't explain properly that either means the customer is a bad listener or the associate is not professional. Cash still wasn't clear as opposed to credit card. No one still including the Manager was not clear. Customer always showed come first. There was young lady who seem to be either condescending or assuming customer should do what they dictate. Chat tells you signing up for internet will only take 5 minutes but takes 1.5 hours and then doesn't follow through on promised discounts and overcharges by $25 a month. And then they say they can't help me because it's already been processed. So I go into the store just so I can actually have someone competent hopefully competent to speak with and luckily they had Damien who I think is the manager. Dude was very attentive and courteous to customers even though there were like 8 people he was trying to manage with a team of 3 at once.
