The offer I went with was BOGO, purchase an i-phone XR, received an other XR free (not really look at fine print), received $200 for switching over from current carrier to them, received 2 additional LE phones because it was a new account, plus the purchase of the new Galaxy for $5 for a grand total of 5 lines w/ unlimited talk n data for $150/ mon. If I was not satisfied I could cancel within 14 days w/o penalties. Well, reception was horrible!!! And as it turns out, they are an AUTHORIZED dealer (MayComWireless) and corporate will not even listen to you. It now has been 48 hours and I have received the run around from the store, their staff and the manager. Needless to say 72 hours later and still no refund, no manager, no customer service, no one willing to assist! So to sum it up; DO NOT switch to SPRINT, if you do then make sure it's CORPORATE!

Upon entering, I waited to be assisted and was then told by the customer service representative that they could not accept my return without a valid ID. This was frustrating, especially considering I never needed to show ID to begin my service, nor to make monthly payments over the last decade. I explained this to the representative, but was referred to a manager who reiterated that without ID, they could not accept the return or provide proof of receipt. I even offered to verify my account information as a long-time customer to confirm ownership of the equipment, but was told that was not acceptable. Left with no choice, I left the Spectrum equipment at the store and walked away without any proof of return or assurance that it was properly processed. This experience reflects extremely poor customer service and a lack of flexibility or reasonable problem-solving. After being a customer for many years, I expected far better treatment and understanding. Very disappointed.
