I went to this T-Mobile location to see about getting an updated SynUP Drive dongle, since T-Mobile stopped supporting the 2019 model in March. They didn't even know what it was, and then wanted me to explain to them what it is and what it does. The girl was too busy texting on her phone to even be helpful. I stopped in to replace my glass protector, it was a very strange experience. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the lady on her device (or it could have been the stores device), she seemed preturbed, there was obvious gaps between us but it was her irritation that set me sour. "What phone?" she asked me as I held my phone up "what's that?" I didn't fully understand what she was asking "what type of phone?" She clarified, "oh, galaxy 23" I told her. "I don't have it" she responded "oookay" then offering to order one to which I declined merely over the impersonal and strange exchange. See, I've been a customer for 20+ years, there is usually a bit more.... customer service, I suppose and this just wasn't it. I'll call and have them send me one, I needn't disturb you with it. My family finally decided to switch carriers and we switched from Cricket. Before it was even our turn, I was watching the employees help other people. They were very kind and attentive. Joseph (Joey) was the one helping me, but I had some conversation with Mia as well. They were BOTH extremely helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable! Joey had his work cut out for him because we were switching 3 lines...2 of which were Android phones. He was AWESOME! If you're ordering a phone to be delivered, be sure to confirm what the store employee enters your shipping address & name . !!!!!!! If it's incorrect, you'll be going through hell then waiting for your refund for it to be returned , then have to go to the store to get the more expensive phone in stock . essentially dishing out more money Than expected & on the phone with T-Mobile and UPS for countless hours getting extremely aggravated. very unprofessional and was in a rush to get to the next customer. I ordered my phone a week ago now I have to go in a different store order the more expensive version so I don't take a chance on it not getting delivered to me ... if you're a joint account holder with someone and you don't live with them, you won't be able to get the package . make sure apartment number is on there too. Don't go here they created a fake account in my name when I went to inquire about. They gave me one proving and then kept raising it so told them I would not want services and months later am getting a bill for a fraudulent account and the main number is refusing to do anything about the account in my name not authorized!!! read more

Don't go to this store. The sales associates are dishonest. I was offered T-Mobile home internet at $30 dollars a month as an add on to my plan but when I received my first bill it was charged at $35 per month. I went back to the store that month and the manager had corrected it for me saying that it was due to the auto pay discount not kicking in. The following month the same issue occurred so I went back and the same woman on the sales floor that initially sold me on the plan told me that that price was not accurate and nothing could be done. Either a dishonest employee or uninformed. Regardless, rude overall. She tried to convince me that I was still getting a good deal for $35 when that was not what was offered. For $35 I can go somewhere else that doesn't lie to my face. She said she would have the manager call me to discuss this but no call was received. You're better off going to a different T-Mobile store or heading over to Verizon a few miles away. read more

've never been to the point where I felt as though I needed to write a review for any place I have been to but I felt as though my complaint should be heard. I went in today with my cousin who needed to exchange her Apple Watch, and as for me I wanted to exchange my Screen protector/ phone case. Usually when I go into T-Mobile I'm greeted with great service and a welcoming smile, but I guess today that wasn't the case. Which is ok I don't really care as much for that but then, we had spoke to Alisha who was actually so rude. My cousin is one to speak her mind and had stopped herself from saying anything to her. She replaced the wrong screen protector size, although that wasn't her fault as her colleague suggested her do that since they didn't have the 14pro max screen protector. Instead of offering to order anything for me, she rudely suggested "you would have to just go to another store ." While also rolling her eyes in frustration as though I was wasting her time. Not even the worst part, going off on my cousins situation, she had asked if they were able to transfer all the data from her old watch to the new replacement and they said sure it was fine. The whole team including the manager were distracted with their personal lives talking about how he was leaving out of town and that tomorrow would be his last day. I've worked in costumer service for 7 years and believe me I'm not one to talk I've also had my moments, but a whole team being unprofessional including the manager when our needs were not too complicated . That being said , the whole team wasn't attentive with us. My cousin never transferred her data, my screen protector is the wrong size, and come to find out the new watch doesn't even turn on :) seems to me this location needs structure. read more

Buyer beware. Sales tactics used are very questionable. Went to trade in a phone and was quoted a trade in value above market value for the phone. They took my trade in and I left with a new phone. When processing my trade in they entered a different serial number than the one I traded in. This resuluted in a $0 trade in value. They also did not inform me the promotional offer required me to upgrade my plan. They did not upgrade my plan or offer to change my plan. After I discovered the "error" 2 days later I returned and asked to get my phone back. They said they had already returned my phone. I checked and the phone with the serial number I traded in was not showing in the system as being returned. Horrible customer service mixed with questionable sales tactics. Still waiting for a resolution. read more

Ben & his team rock! I believe great business are composed of great people and Ben exemplifies that. He was friendly, personable, down to earth, & very professional! Moreover, he was efficient and knowledgeable. He was helping me with a very complex and frustrating matter and did so with care, consideration, and communicated what I needed to know along the way. In order to help me specific matter required some creative thinking and resourcefulness which he did in stride. I was desperate, deeply discouraged, and very frustrated before coming into this store as I have spent 2 days and several hours dealing w/T-Mobile at a different store and over the phone regarding my phone line which is used for my business to no avail, but believe w/Ben's help I will reach a quicker resolution than before. Horrible customer service ever. There staff are very unprofessional. Through out my whole visit there employee was back and fourth on there phone and was not paying any attention to helping me. Ended up leaving there still with issues. Called next day spoke to some "Alex" and said would give me a call back and never heard back from them. Very un organized store. I"ve been with T Mobile since before they were T Mobile actually. My plan is super cheap because of a Loyalty plan that was offered years ago. However I am most pleased with them because of recent assistance. I desperately needed to change my phone number due to a mentally ill ex that was wreaking havoc in my life. Crazy people, aren't they fun? I called and was told it would cost money, be somewhat of a process. I go IN the store armed with a police report and showed the bevy of unstable texts from said mentally ill person. Boom.. INSTANT phone number change and BOOM, free. Within minutes I had a new number, none of the normal paperwork crap needed . Super friendly and helpful. Thanks T Mobile. Peace is back in my life (for the time being!) read more

The reason I gave this place 3 stars because my friend works there and if it weren't for her I would've left. I bought the iPhone 8 in full and the costumer service at this place was awful. The managers are very rude. Like I said, I wouldn't have bought my phone at this location if my friend wasn't working at the time. If I could give 0 stars I would .Since the beginning I had a horrible experience with T-Mobile.They said they couldn't give me a iPhone due to no credit this was about 2 years ago.Sprint let me with almost as no money down but now with the merge I knew what was coming ahead.This location is very unprofessional.You can tell when the employees don't like you they give you a bad vibe.I've been here two times and see customers walk out in disappointment.I was told I couldn't merge unless I paid off the phones but what was the point of even having a plan to pay it off.I try to give T-Mobile so many chances but always end up disappointing.My dad was trying to get a manager number on the way out just to get a laughing smirk by (Alex) a employee who works there.I found that very rude and offensive.I will be visiting soon again to cancel my lines and switch to Verizon as they told me better plans better customer service and actually know how to help the costumers as best as they can. read more

I have been to this store several times now to upgrade, warranty out as well as purchase new phones. The associate I have most often worked with on site is London. He is very professional, kind and helpful. He went out of his way to remedy my situation whenever I have been in a jam (phone not working, needing upgrades, etc.) He knows the system inside and out and is able to work things in the best interest of the customer while explaining everything he is doing along the way -- also providing options for the best alternatives. Kelly went absolutely above and beyond for me today to resolve an issues created by the system that I had not noticed but was going on for over a year. She walked me through everything I had to do and even jumped on the phone for me at one time to really make sure I was able to get it resolved correctly. This place gave me the worst service yesterday. I pay my prepaid account a month to 3 months in advance.My phone gets shut off so I go in to have them remedy my issue. Instead of them figuring out what's wrong they tell me they can see I have credit on my account but tell me I need to call the prepaid account hotline to deal with it and instruct me that that can't call for me because I would be in the way back their front desk. I sit on a chair out of the way for 40 mins on hold and no one ever answers. I go to take to Yalda another service member very upset at this point because I feel ignored shunned to basically handle my own issue even though if they had called for me they would have gotten someone on the line faster. I express to her that I've been waiting and no one is picking up the phone and instead she tells me she's busy and she can't help me. Both workers are waiting on people that came in after me. They are selling phones and phone service and I explain I know I'm not buying phone service or a phone but I would like some help with my situation. She tells me I am being a disturbance and tells me I have to leave. I ask for her card and the first name of the girl that wouldn't help me. Yalda refuses to give me corporates number and refuses to tell me the girls name. She insists I want special treatment. How about I want fair treatment. Just because I'm not buying a 1000$ phone doesn't mean I don't deserve service from my service carrier. What a joke now a days. You can kick customers out because you don't want to work. Wearing yoga pants to work with tennis shoes. I won't be back to this store. read more
