This is a serious security issue that can expose personal and financial information. I attempted to resolve this directly with the store by calling and leaving a message for management, but never received a response. I also reached out to corporate in which they are working with me. I have since escalated the matter further due to the severity of the situation. What's especially concerning is the apparent lack of awareness among staff about how sensitive SIM cards and account PINs are. Mishandling this information can cause significant harm to customers. As a result of this incident, I now feel forced to replace my phone entirely and take additional steps to secure my personal information. I strongly urge Verizon to investigate this situation thoroughly, improve employee training on security protocols, and ensure customers are protected from potential fraud.
